  • Publication number: 20040165974
Abstract: An automated storage plant comprises a plurality of shelves (10,12,13) arranged facing one another in parallel rows spaced so as to form, between each pair of facing shelves (10,12) an aisle (14) for the transit of a transelevator device (20), which is provided with means (26) for picking up/depositing the goods from/on the shelves and is supported by said facing shelves (10,12) without resting on the floor of the storage facility. The transelevator (20) includes a vertically extended structure (22) equipped with guides (24) for the vertical glide of said means (26) for picking up/depositing the goods, a carriage (32) mobile along the top edges (46,48) of the facing shelves (10,12) being provided at the top of this structure (22). An auxiliary carriage (58) provides for moving the transelevator (20) from one aisle to another.

  • Patent number: 5136762
Abstract: A method and apparatus for carrying out an automatic drawing-in is provided including forming lengths of thread which are double folded. The thread is passed to a corresponding heddle and between corresponding dents of a reed. The threads are leased and placed under tension. Progressively, the various threads which are leased and under tension are moved away from the drawing-in location. Heddles are selected from a plurality of magazines and the heddles are positioned in a drawing-in attitude. The reed is positioned and the dents are spread for passage of the various threads. The warp threads are passed by moving the drawn-in heddles directly from the associated magazines to a heddle frame of a corresponding set of heddle frames. The heddles are always retained in a guide.

  • Patent number: 5012564
Abstract: In order to make the loading operation on a bobbin creel simpler, a fitting pattern is stored for each kind of bobbin in a control means (21). The individual fitting patterns can be sequentially called up as output signals. Those output signals either activate signal elements which are associated with each mounting device (14) at the bobbin creel (3) or they serve directly for controlling an automatic loading apparatus.
