    Abstract: The present invention generally relates to a process for manufacturing gel composition of Luliconazole for treatment of vaginal fungal infections cooling 50% quantity of purified water at 4° C.; adding 0.10-0.30% of Carbopol 934, 5-15% of poloxamer 188 and 15-25% of poloxamer 407 slowly under constant stirring and placing at 4° C., until a clear solution is obtained; adding 0.1-0.5% HPMC K100M gradually under stirring and leaving for 24 hours at room temperature; adding 0.5-2% Luliconazole solution slowly under high speed homogenizer; adding 0-0.5% Sodium methyl parabens and 0-1% Sodium propyl parabens solution under constant stirring; adding 0.1-0.5% sodium chloride under stirring; checking and maintaining pH of the obtained solution; and preparing the obtained solution volume to 100% with purified water and stirring for 30 min for manufacturing gel composition of Luliconazole.

    Abstract: The present invention generally relates to a process for preparing polymeric-based nanoparticle of RPD coated with Tf and RVG comprises dissolving 1-12 wt % of RPD and 8-96 wt % of lipid in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and heating the solution to 70° C. to create the organic phase; adding prepared organic solution to the 0-2 wt % of aqueous surfactant solution using a syringe at 70° C. temperature; swirling the obtained solution at 1000 rpm on a high speed homogenizer for 15 minutes after the solvent is evaporated using a magnetic stirrer to create the SLNs dispersion; and adding 45-100 wt % of Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC) and 45-100 wt % of N-Hydroxysulfosuccinimide (NHS), which included activating the carboxylic acid terminal groups and conjugating Tf and RVG to RPD's PLGA nanoparticles.

    Abstract: A method (100) for detecting mycotoxins in organic material, wherein the method (100) comprises of: storing about 2-5 grams of organic material in a temperature less than room temperature; adding a solvent Acetonitrile in the stored organic material to form a first mixture, wherein the first mixture is transferred to a 40-60 ml tubes, centrifuged and shaken for a defined interval; adding 0.5-3 ml of supernatant, 80-120 mg of cyclo-18-carbon (C18) and 200-400 mg of Magnesium sulfate to the first mixture to form a second mixture; and filtering the formed second mixture using a filter syringe to obtain a filtrate, wherein the mycotoxins are detected from the obtained filtrate using Ultra High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) coupled with a mass spectrometer.
