Abstract: A gene regulatory relationship detection model training method performed by an electronic device, and relate to the field of biology technologies. The gene regulatory relationship detection model training method includes: obtaining material group data of a plurality of sample genes and an annotated regulatory relationship between at least one sample gene pair; determining a predicted probability that a regulatory relationship exists between each two sample genes among the plurality of sample genes by using a neural network model based on the material group data of the plurality of sample genes; and training the neural network model to obtain a gene regulatory relationship detection model, based on the annotated regulatory relationship between the at least one sample gene pair and the predicted probability between each two sample genes.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method of dehydrogenating hydrocarbons, such as C2 or C3 hydrocarbons, selectively and efficiently, to provide the corresponding alkylenes. The method is based on a Pt nanolayer catalyst over MXene (Pt/MXene) that shows resistance to coke deposition. The dehydrogenation conditions developed provided about 22% propane conversion and over 90% selectivity toward the desired propylene product, and the catalyst was stable for a 24-hour continuous run. The byproducts were ethane, ethylene, and methane, and only trace amounts of coke deposition over the catalyst were detected. Similar dehydrogenation conditions provided about 18% ethane conversion and over 90% selectivity toward the desired ethylene product. A mass balance of greater than 96% was achieved in each case.

An example method generally includes measuring computing resource access metrics over a time window for a user of a computing system. The measured computing access metrics for the user of the computing system are determined to exceed a threshold. Based on determining that the measured computing access metrics for the user of the computing system exceeds the threshold, computing resource access requests from the user of the computing system are migrated from a first queue to a second queue, wherein the first queue comprises a rate-unlimited queue and the second queue comprises a rate-controlled queue having a defined rate for processing received requests. Computing resource access requests from the user of the computing system are processed based on the defined rate for processing received requests.

According to the method, the calculation amount is greatly reduced, and the detection method has strong anti-interference.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for separating a neural crest derived cell from peripheral blood. In the present disclosure, a mononuclear cell is separated from the peripheral blood and then directly cultured, thereby maximizing use of a neural crest stem cell with a differentiation potential to avoid loss of the neural crest stem cell. In the method of the present disclosure, a sample to be separated is derived from the peripheral blood. The method shows less trauma and low cost. Most importantly, compared to extracting the neural crest derived cell from tissues, the neural crest derived cell extracted from the peripheral blood can be used clinically as a type of biomarker.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a noise cancellation apparatus and method. The noise cancellation apparatus includes a main control unit and a noise cancellation processing circuit. The main control unit determines a noise cancellation parameter based on a noise cancellation level index or a feature value for determining a matching degree between a headset and an ear canal of a user. The noise cancellation processing unit obtains an inverse phase noise of an ambient noise based on the noise cancellation parameter. After the inverse phase noise is mixed with a played downlink audio signal, the ambient noise can be canceled. In addition, because the noise cancellation parameter is determined from a preset noise cancellation parameter library based on the received or autonomously determined noise cancellation level index, instead of being uniformly configured, a noise cancellation level can be flexibly adjusted, thereby improving a noise cancellation effect and user experience.
