Abstract: A controller estimates optimal read threshold values for a memory device using deep learning. The memory device includes multiple pages coupled to select word lines in a memory region. The controller performs multiple read operations on a select type of page for each word line using multiple read threshold sets, obtains fail bit count (FBC) information associated with each read operation, and determines an optimal read threshold set for each word line based on the FBC information. When optimal read threshold sets for the select word lines are different each other, the controller predicts a best read threshold set using the optimal read threshold sets.

Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of biological products for veterinary medicine, and specifically relates to a recombinant foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) with a reduced immunosuppressive activity, a preparation method and use thereof, and a recombinant vaccine strain. According to the present disclosure, it is firstly discovered that FMDV 3B protein has an immunosuppressive function, and key sites for exerting the immunosuppressive function are found. A recombinant FMDV vaccine strain with a lost immunosuppressive function in FMDV 3B protein is constructed by introducing amino acid mutations into three repeated copies of FMDV 3B protein.

Abstract: A detection method of polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether residue in medicinal materials is provided, which belongs to a technical field of medicinal chemical component detection, and includes: detecting a residual amount of mPEG-2000 in 3000-3400 small-molecule mPEG-b-PDLLA by high-performance liquid chromatography with an evaporative light scattering detector. The present invention solves a problem that the copolymer polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether mPEG and the product polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether-polylactic acid block copolymer mPEG-b-PDLLA are difficult to be separated in the high-performance liquid chromatography and there is no UV absorption. The present invention also has high resolution, high sensitivity, sufficient reproducibility and sufficient selectivity.
