    Abstract: A molding device includes a male die, a master die core, a male die core located between the male die and the master die core, and a cutting mechanism received in the male die core. The cutting mechanism includes a cutting seat and a cutter. The cutting seat defines a latch slot. The latch slot includes a narrow portion and a wide portion communicating with the narrow portion. The cutter includes a plate body received in the narrow portion and a latch shaft located on the plate body. The latch shaft is engaged in the wide portion. When a plastic product is formed and a sprue gate is around the mold cavity, the plate body is configured to cut the sprue gate, and the plate body is movable relative to the cutting seat around the latch shaft, to prevent the plate body from sticking.

    Abstract: A cutting system includes a dam, a cylinder, a hydraulic controlling module, and a PLC controlling module. The hydraulic controlling module includes a reversing valve connected to the cylinder. The PLC controlling module is connected to the reversing valve and adapted to output a control signal to locate the reversing valve in a first open position or a second open position. When the reversing valve is in the first open position, the reversing valve allows the high pressure oil to flow into the cylinder from the hydraulic controlling module, thereby to causing the piston module to push the dam to cut the gate mark; when the reversing valve is in the second open position, the high pressure oil flows back to the hydraulic controlling module.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a product is provided. Inject a molten plastic in a cavity via a channel and a gate of a mold. Form a molten plastic product with a configuration of the cavity. Maintain a preset pressure in the cavity to maintain the configuration of the molten plastic product in the cavity. Slide a dam to into a position of the gate and remove the gate marks from the molten plastic products. Cool and harden the molten plastic product to form a solid product. Release the preset pressure. Move the dam away from the cavity. Eject the solid product out of the cavity.

The PLC module controls the oil output module to output hydraulic pressure oil, after receiving a control signal from the forming machine, to the vat body of the oil vat to drive the piston to move. The cutter is driven to move to cut off plastic material out of the gate.

    Abstract: A method for the preparation of metallic salts of fatty acids comprising the steps of: (a) reacting alkali hydroxide with a fatty acid in a saponification reaction to form an alkali soap; (b) reacting the alkali soap with an aqueous metallic salt solution in a double decomposition reaction to cause the production of metallic fatty acid salt; (c) performing at least one cycle of an alternating alkalinization-acidization reaction by adding an aqueous alkali hydroxide solution to the metallic fatty acid salt to raise the solution pH, followed by adding an acidic aqueous salt solution contain the same metal ions to lower the solution pH. High purity metallic salts of fatty acids can be obtained without a solvent washing step and the metallic fatty acid salts prepared from this invention can be effectively used as photolyzing agent to initiate and/or accelerate the photo-degradation of plastics.
