The device may have a bag, a material in a circular shape, the material having a center containing a cutout, the cutout forming an inner diameter, the circular shape having at least four elongated straps radiating away from an outer diameter of the circular shape. In at least some embodiments, the at least four elongated straps and the circular shape are integrally formed and the circular shape has an attachment mechanism for the bag.
