The front end of the output shaft extends out of the engine body. A spindle is configured between the motor and the output shaft. The rear end of the spindle is provided with a spindle seat. The spindle is sheathed by an impact block. The spindle outer wall is configured with a steel ball track. Inside the steel ball track, there are steel balls matching the impact block.

The switch valve is configured inside the switch passage of the gun body, comprising a switch screw seat fixed with the gun body, a switch seat configured on the right side of the switch screw seat, an air valve configured in the middle portion of the switch screw seat and the switch seat, a switch spring configured on the right end of the air valve. The air valve and the switch seat interact to open or close the air passage. The size of the switch spring is smaller than the switch passage. A switch spring pad is configured on the right side of the switch spring.

Abstract: An pressure regulating valve assembly for a pneumatic spray gun is disclosed. The pressure regulating vale component is configured inside the pressure regulating passage of the gun body, comprising a pressure regulating screw seat, a pressure regulating rod going through the pressure regulating screw seat and in threaded connection with the pressure regulating screw seat. A pressure regulating seal ring is configured between the pressure regulating rod and the pressure regulating screw seat. A clamping check ring is configured in the middle portion of the pressure regulating rod. The clamping check ring is used to limit the position of the pressure regulating rod. The inner end of the pressure regulating rod is provided with a pressure regulating valve. The position of the pressure regulating valve is limited by the split damping ring configured on the end portion of the pressure regulating rod.

The amplitude-modulating assembly is configured inside the amplitude-modulating passage of the gun body, comprising an amplitude-modulating screw seat fixed with the gun body, and an amplitude-modulating rod going through the amplitude-modulating screw seat and in threaded connection with the amplitude-modulating screw seat. An amplitude-modulating seal ring is configured between the amplitude-modulating rod and the amplitude-modulating screw seat. The middle portion of the amplitude-modulating rod is configured with a clamping check ring. The clamping check ring is used to limit the position of the amplitude-modulating rod. The inner end of the amplitude-modulating rod is the amplitude-modulating portion. The amplitude-modulating portion is formed with a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface tilting toward the axis.

Abstract: An easy grease filling machine is disclosed. The grease filling machine comprises a drum cover, a pump body that goes through the drum cover, a grease pressing disc fitted on the pump body. The periphery of the drum cover is configured with a quick locking mechanism compatible to the rim of the grease packing drum and fixed with the drum body, and is matched by a grease pressing disc with its size automatically changeable when it moves up or down inside the drum body based on the different diameters of the drum body from bottom to top. A lower piston is provided inside the lower cylinder. The lower piston is hinged with a piston arm on its top side. The piston arm is connected to the eccentric spindle. An upper piston is provided inside the upper cylinder. A firing pin is provided at the center of the sidewall on the left side of the upper piston. The left end of the firing pin sticks out of the upper cylinder. A fixing part is provided on the left side of the upper cylinder and above the power box.

A suited adjusting bolt is located in the guide hole. A transverse punch hole is located in the center of the adjusting bolt.
