  • Patent number: 11828830
Abstract: An LADCP and combined inertial navigation system combined observation system and method. The system includes an LADCP, combined inertial navigation system host, data processing unit, wireless transmission module, voltage-resistant wireless antenna, battery cabin, first and second GNSS antennae and an instrument support. The data processing unit is connected to the LADCP and the system host through serial ports to obtain ocean current profile measurement data, a GNSS position, GNSS orientation data, three-axis acceleration data, a three-axis gyroscope angular velocity, a roll angle, a pitch angle and a course angular rate. Real-time high-precision correction is performed on a three-dimensional flow velocity of an ocean current profile observed by the LADCP based on the orientation data, roll angle, pitch angle and the course angular rate. Accordingly, measurement precision of flow velocity and flow direction by the LADCP is improved, and working costs to carry out profile flow observation are reduced.

  • Patent number: 11807025
Abstract: A plastic material is useful as an ink receiver or printing medium in dye diffusion thermal transfer printing, wherein the plastic material has a polyamide component (a), and a (co)-polyamide (b) based on ether units and amide units. This plastic material can be used to make a layered structure. The layered structure can be used in dye diffusion thermal transfer printing. A security and/or valuable document with the layered structure can be obtained. Based on the finding that the (co)-polyamide (h) offers sufficient absorbency for the printing ink, the layer produced from the plastic material can be printed on by means of dye diffusion thermal transfer printing with a good color intensity.

  • Publication number: 20220025060
Abstract: The present invention relates to an anti-CD40 antibody, an antigen binding fragment and a pharmaceutical use thereof. Heavy-chain constant regions of the anti-CD40 antibody and the antigen binding fragment thereof contain mutations. Due to the mutations, the anti-CD40 antibody loses the binding activity to Fc?RIII, and the binding of the anti-CD40 antibody and Fc?RIIB is enhanced, thereby losing the antibody-dependent cytotoxicity (ADCC) but improving Fc?RIIB-mediated antibody crosslinking. The mutations in the heavy-chain constant regions enhance the activation of CD40, and enhance the presentation of dendritic cells to antigens. The anti-CD40 antibody and the antigen binding fragment thereof can be used as anti-cancer drugs to treat CD40-mediated diseases or symptoms.

Abstract: A laser markable polymer composite contains (a) a polyamide component as the matrix and (b) carbon black as a laser-sensitive additive. The polyamide component has, based on the total weight thereof, at least 50 wt % a poly amide selected from a linear aliphatic polyamide (a1) or (a2), a cycloaliphatic polyamide (a3), a semi-aromatic polyamide (a4) or (a5), and the compound or copolymer thereof. The carbon black is present in an amount of 50-300 ppm, based on the total weight of the polymer composite. The composite results in better chemical resistance than conventional polycarbonate as the matrix, in addition to a desired quality of laser marking, specifically sharpness and resolution. This composite can also be used for a moulded article made of the laser markable polymer composite, a layered structure with at least one layer made of the laser markable polymer composite, and a security and/or valuable document with the layered structure.
