    Abstract: An article for connecting couplers during formation of matchcast concrete segments with an annular member with an outer surface, a first edge and a second edge opposite the first edge. A first slot formed in the outer surface opens to the first edge and extends angularly inwardly therefrom. A second slot is formed in the outer surface in spaced relation to the first slot and opens to the second edge and extends angularly inwardly therefrom. The first slot has a rectangular portion with a side opening to the first side of the annular member and a groove extending angularly from an opposite side of the rectangular portion. The second slot has a rectangular portion with a side opening to the second side of the annular member and a groove extending angularly from an opposite side of the rectangular portion.

    Abstract: A duct coupler has a body with an inner wall with a first channel and a second channel formed in the inner wall, a first seal received in the first channel, and a second seal received in the second channel. The body has a first open end suitable for receiving a first duct therein and a second open end at an opposite end thereof suitable for receiving the second duct therein in longitudinal alignment with the first duct. The first seal is suitable for bearing on an outer surface of the first duct. The second seal is suitable for bearing on the outer surface of the second duct. The body fixedly locks the first and second ducts therein such that the ends of the ducts are adjacent to each other and such that the body forms a liquid-tight seal with outer surfaces of the ducts.

The bulge portion fits between the end surfaces of the concrete segments.

    Abstract: A cartridge for retaining a sheathing of a tendon within an anchor assembly has a generally tubular body with outer and inner surfaces, and at least one wedge positioned within the tubular body and against the inner surface thereof. The wedge has a surface opposite the inner wall that engages with the sheathing of the tendon. A seal is affixed to an end of the tubular body which is suitable for sealing against an anchor of the anchor assembly and an inner surface suitable for sealing against the sheathing. The inner wall of the tubular body tapers so as to narrow in inner diameter from one end thereof. The wedge has a surface bearing against the tapered portion of the inner wall of the tubular body. A protrusion extends outwardly of the tubular body so as to be received within a slot of a tubular extension of the anchor assembly.

    Abstract: A sealing cap for an anchor of a post-tension anchorage system has a tubular body, a flange formed on an end of the tubular body, and a seal positioned adjacent an interior wall of the tubular body. The seal is positioned against the interior wall of the tubular body. The seal has a tubular shape so as to extend entirely around the interior wall. The seal is positioned in liquid-tight relation between the interior wall of the tubular body and a sheathed portion of a tendon extending from the anchor. The seal is inserted between the sheathed portion and the interior wall of the tubular body.

The angle adjusting means includes a pin extending through the frame, a ball mounted on the pin, and a flange mounted to the ball so as to be in surface-to-surface contact with an end of the elongated body.     Abstract: A method for forming a sheathing retaining anchor of a post-tension anchor system includes the steps of: forming an anchor having a bore where the bore has a tapered portion and a constant diameter portion, inserting an end of a tendon through the bore of the anchor so that the end of the tendon extends outwardly of tapered portion of the bore of the anchor, positioning a sheathing lock on the end of the sheathed portion or a tendon, placing a pair of wedges on the unsheathed portion of the tendon, and moving the sheathing lock and the pair of wedges into the bore of the anchor so that the sheathing lock affixes the end of the sheathed portion within the bore and so that the pair of wedges affixes the unsheathed portion within the bore.
