Said component comprises the following characteristics: a closed or open, single-element or multi-element frame body (RK) is provided, said frame body comprising at least one longitudinal member (LTF) which extends essentially along the front of the supporting system on the front side in relation to the mounting position. The frame body also comprises at least one cross member (QT) which extends at an angle, especially at a right angle, in relation to the longitudinal member. Said longitudinal member (LTF) has, at least in sections, a polygonal, especially square, cross-section which is defined by longitudinal surfaces which are essentially, or at least in sections, plane, said cross-section extending in a normal direction (N) to a frame plane (E-E) which is defined by the longitudinal member and the cross member.
