  • Patent number: 5046619
Abstract: A mini-package structure for rubbish bags, comprising two identical rubbish-bag-belts comprising a series of rubbish bags with each bag's opening end connected to the previous one's closed end and overlapped and offset so that the bags opening ends in one belt lie between the opening ends of the bags in the other belt. The two overlapped rubbish-bag-belts are then alternately folded back and forth in opposite directions along the opening ends of each bag in an accordion pleat until all the bags in both belts have been folded. The folded belts are then placed in a packing box which has a drawing hole through which a user can draw out a rubbish bag while at the same time a part of next rubbish bag unit is drawn out to facilitate its use.

  • Patent number: 5006082
Abstract: An actuating device for small inflatable rafts or articles comprising a jaw clip for securing the device to the article, the clip having a top plate with solar cells mounted on the jaw clip upper rim, and a housing mounted to the jaw clip bottom. The solar cell plate produces electric currents via sunshine, and a rechargeable battery in the housing is charged with electricity. The battery serves as a power source for an air pump in the housing to generate air pressure to inflate a raft or other article. The battery also serves as the power source for a motor in the housing which drives propellers on its output shaft thereby providing a means to propel the inflated raft or article in the water.

  • Patent number: 5005367
Abstract: An automatic coolant sprayer for the car interior comprises a container connected to the trunk compartment's top plate behind car's rear seat, a jet can loaded with speedy coolant, a starting gear to force jet can's valve into action, an PC board integrated with control circuit, a microswitch and a remote controller. Installed on the car's trunk compartment top plate, the inventive sprayer, by opening car door action that touches microswitch or receiving signal from remote controller, can conduct open the control circuit and start the motor of starting gear to operate, whereby a driving arm would be brought along to press the valve of jet can, thus spraying out the coolant toward the car's front and rear seats upper sides. In this way, the temperature of the interior of the car while parked outdoors in a hot summer day will be reduced speedily, to facilitate driver's next car use.

  • Patent number: 5000768
Abstract: A filtering and absorbing device for a vehicle's discharge pipe including a housing shell which is connectable to a vehicle's discharge pipe; the shell having a cross-sectional dimension larger than that of the discharge pipe's, cross openings properly spaced from each other on both the bottom and top walls of the housing shell's main body to allow ventilated boxes which contain activated carbon in grain form to be inserted in the housing shell to create a meandering passage so that waste fumes from the vehicle passing the ventilated boxes move along the meandering passage to be treated by activated carbon to produce cleaner air.

  • Patent number: 4976342
Abstract: A device for cleaning an armrest belt of an escalator without interfering with the normal operation of the escalator. The device includes a container and a roller. The roller is in contact with the surface of the armrest belt such that movement of the armrest belt causes the roller to rotate. The roller is formed of an absorbent material so as to absorb cleaning liquid from the container and so as to apply cleaning liquid to the surface of the armrest belt when rotated by the armrest belt. The device further includes structure for cleaning liquid from the armrest belt.

  • Patent number: 4974126
Abstract: A lamp with a power source to supply a fan, comprising a light installation, a solar cell connected inside of the lampshade, a rechargeable battery to be charged with electrical power by means of the solar cell, and a small fan or other small electrical apparatus attached to the rechargeable battery. As the light installation uses alternating-current, radiation energy sent from the light bulb, is converted by the solar cells's photoelectric effect to provide current again to charge a rechargeable battery, thereby supplying the small fan or any other electrical apparatus (such as shaver, transistor radio) with the required power source to operate, and thereby sav energy.

  • Patent number: 4970498
Abstract: A cylindrical alarm-functioned accessory device for intravenous infusion procedure comprising a cylindrical body connected through a drip tube to receive fluid from a fluid bottle thereinto, an enclosed cylindrical float which senses the condition of a fluid pool formed in the cylindrical body, and a contact-type switch extending into the cylindrical body with connection to a sound and light alarm assembly. As the bottled fluid drains, the cylindrical float descends according to the descending of the fluid pool, pressing against the contact-type switch to activate the alarm assembly.

  • Patent number: 4954806
Abstract: A warning device for the inadequate tire air pressure, includes an outer shell which includes all assembly members and can be screwed to a tire's air valve; an operating needle plate which acts to operate and open the tire valve as the outer shell is screwed thereto; a resilient hood undertaking a compression from the tire air pressure; a switch bar which moves along with the resilient hood under compression; and a PC board with the warning sounds and lights circuit. As screwedly mounted to each tire valve of a vehicle's, this device because of function of the operating needle plate can allow air communication and thus make the air pressure in the resilient hood outer front area equal to tire's regulated air pressure, and that acts resilient hood to move the switch bar which then causes the warning sounds and lights circuit to be open circuit.

  • Patent number: 4947154
Abstract: An alarm device for dripping injection comprising a floating barrel which vertically moves up or down according to fluid volume in the dripping liquid barrel, a touch switch and sealing means which are provided in the upper area of the lower part of dripping liquid barrel, a socket which is provided in the dripping liquid barrel lower part for connection to touch switch, and a power lead and plug provided by a separate action box or a patient room's call assembly to plug the socket. As the contained fluid is used near empty and the fluid volume in the dripping liquid barrel diminishes meantime, the floating barrel, when loosing support by the fluid volume, moves down and touches the touch switch with its own weight, thereby conducting open the separate action box or the patient room's call assembly to alarm nurses or hospital orderly to come to handle.
