  • Publication number: 20230125582
Abstract: The subject invention relates to two-stage inoculation and two-stage fermentation process which are performed by the inoculation time difference and staged fermentation. In the first stage, yeast, lactic acid bacteria and Acetobacter aceti are inoculated into a fermentation tank to perform primary fermentation to produce primary fermented material. In the second stage, yeast is added into the primary fermented material in a container to perform the secondary fermentation to produce secondary fermented material, and then the secondary fermented material is pasteurized to deactivate yeast, lactic acid bacteria and Acetobacter aceti in the container and stop fermentation reaction. Finally, the secondary fermented material is cooled to ambient temperature to prepare the kombucha fermented beverage preserving active fermentative bacteria and enzyme at ambient temperature. The invention is help to improve the preservation convenience of the kombucha fermented beverage and avoid excessive alcohol concentration.

  • Patent number: 8510938
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for assembling a camera module. The method includes putting plural conductive bumps on a conductive contact of a substrate such that a large conductive bump is formed, and pressing the substrate and an image chip together such that the conductive contact contacts with a pad formed on the image chip through the large conductive bump to combine the conductive contact and the pad. Since there is no contact between the substrate and the image chip but the large conductive bump, the method decreases the probability for fracture between the substrate and the image chip and improves the quality of the camera module.

  • Publication number: 20110223705
Abstract: A process for assembling a camera module is provided. Firstly, a first conductive bump and a second conductive bump are placed on a signal terminal of a substrate and a contact pad of an image sensing chip, respectively. Then, the substrate and the image sensing chip are laminated, so that the first conductive bump and the second conductive bump are combined together and the signal terminal of the substrate and the contact pad of the image sensing chip are electrically connected with each other. Then, an underfill is applied to a region between the substrate and the image sensing chip. Since the two conductive bumps are connected with each other by the assembling process, the quality of the camera module of the present invention is enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20070133231
Abstract: A control circuit for detecting the reflected voltage of a transformer is provided. A detection circuit is developed for sampling the reflected voltage. Because the pulse width of the reflected voltage is narrower at light load, a bias circuit is utilized for producing a bias signal to help the reflected voltage detection. Furthermore, a blanking circuit ensures a minimum pulse width of the reflected voltage.

  • Publication number: 20070103134
Abstract: A switching regulator includes a switching device to switch a transformer from a primary-side to secondary side. A control circuit generates a switching signal for regulating output of the switching regulator. The control circuit includes a first circuit to generate a first signal and a timing signal by measuring a reflected signal of the transformer. A second circuit produces a second signal by integrating a current signal with the timing signal. The current signal represents a primary-side switching current of the transformer. A first feedback circuit produces a first feedback signal in response to the first signal and the reference signal, in which the reference signal is varied in response to the change of the second signal. Furthermore, a second feedback circuit generates a second feedback signal in response to the second signal. A switching control circuit generates the switching signal in response to the feedback signals.

  • Publication number: 20060055433
Abstract: A voltage-waveform detector produces a voltage-feedback signal and a discharge-time signal by multi-sampling a voltage signal of a transformer. The discharge-time signal represents a discharge time of a secondary-side switching current. A voltage-loop error amplifier amplifies the voltage-feedback signal and generates a control signal. An off-time modulator correspondingly generates a discharge-current signal and a standby signal in response to the control signal and an under-voltage signal. The under-voltage signal indicates a low supply voltage of the controller. An oscillator produces a pulse signal in response to the discharge-current signal. The pulse signal determines the off-time of the switching signal. A PWM circuit generates the switching signal in response to the pulse signal and the standby signal. The standby signal further controls the off-time of the switching signal and maintains a minimum switching frequency. The switching signal is used for regulating the output of the power supply.

  • Publication number: 20060050539
Abstract: The invention presents a switching control circuit for a primary-side-controlled power converter. A pattern generator produces a digital pattern to control a programmable capacitor that is connected to an oscillator, which produces frequency hopping to reduce the EMI. A voltage-waveform detector produces a voltage-feedback signal and a discharge-time signal by multi-sampling a voltage signal of a transformer. A current-waveform detector and an integrator generate a feedback signal. The integration of a current-waveform signal with a timing signal generates the average-current signal. Time constant of the integrator is correlated to the switching frequency. The oscillator generates the timing signal and a pulse signal in response to the output of a current-loop error amplifier. A PWM circuit generates the switching signal in response to the pulse signal and the output of a voltage-loop error amplifier for switching the switching device and regulating the output of the power converter.

  • Patent number: 6749305
Abstract: An optical module is composed of three light-guide units and a holder for the units. Each of the light-guide units is made of a mirror plane used for reflecting and transmitting light installed between two prisms via the use of circularly applied glue. The holder includes three installation areas one installation area for each light-guide unit. Additionally, the holder has two frames that are arranged perpendicularly to each other and each frame is installed perpendicularly to the joining sides of two installation areas i.e. one frame is installed perpendicular to the side where installation area 1 and installation area 2 meet and the other frame is installed perpendicular to the side where installation area 2 and installation area 3 meet.
