Abstract: A ribbon module structure for a label printer includes a fixed frame an input shaft and a retrieving shaft. An end of the input shaft is provided with a turning mechanism, and the retrieving shaft is attached to a driving mechanism. The turning mechanism further includes a connecting member and a control member. The control member is capable of being actuated to swing an angular displacement and the connecting member is capable of rotating clockwise and counterclockwise corresponding to movement of the control member for two types of thermally-induced ribbons being retrievable with the label printer.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus and a method for multichannel sequence transmission and control. The apparatus comprises a DMA generator, a bus interface, a data generator, a control unit, and a strobe signal generator. The DMA generator is coupled to the bus interface and the data generator, and operates in coordination with the control unit and the strobe signal generator. A step of initial set is that an external microcontroller controls the control unit via the bus interface to generate a TPH shift clock and a TPH latch signal necessary for a printhead. A step of transmitting data is that the DMA generator controls a printing data to transmit to the data generator for buffering and to move to a latch register according to the TPH latch signal; and a multiplexer outputs a combination of strobe signals set by the strobe signal generator to the printhead.

Abstract: A ribbon module structure of label printer comprises a frame, a supply axle, and a retrieve axle. A turning apparatus is installed in one side of the supply axle and a driving apparatus is installed in the retrieve axle. The turning apparatus has a connecting means and a control means. The connecting means rotates synchronously with the supply axle and rotates clock-wise/counter-clockwise according to the position relative to the control means for providing two retrieve modes of ribbon.

Abstract: The present invention is to offer a label making machine and particularly related to a label making machine consisting of an outer housing, an inner base, a making device and a back cover, wherein the inner base is a rectangular housing body with one each indentation on the left and right sides thereof to contain a circuit board, a making device is disposed on the top of the inner base, and a small reel of label paper can be disposed inside the inner base, such a structural design can make the production modulization and test more convenient; and through opening the back cover pivotally installed on the back of the outer housing and assembling two support arms with the back cover, a larger label paper reel can be disposed on these support arms for proceeding with the required operating.
