Abstract: A method for manufacturing packages (1) for liquid food products, includes a step in which a flexible sheet material member (2) is folded into a tubular shape so that longitudinal strips (6) extends outwardly, and are joined to each other. Along the joined longitudinal strips (6), suitable welding lines (7, 8) are made so as to form a portion (9) in the form of a channel compartment (10) that is closed at one end, and having its other end in communication with an inside of the package. A a longitudinal breaking line (12) is made in the strips to allow the portion (9) to be partially detached from the package. In the strips (6) a notch (13) is made which allows the detachable portion (9) to be opened at the end opposite to the one in communication with the inside of the package (1).

Abstract: A packaging machine for manufacturing sachets including a first pair of jaws for the a transversally pressure and heat sealed tube from a strip of pressure and heat sealable material formed by tangentially counter-rotating gripper controlled by an actuator with a continuous movement of the cyclical type, in which the tangentially counter-rotating gripper is constructed in the form of opposite pressure and heat sealing jaws and at least one of these jaws is controllable with an adjustable and the actuator with a continuous movement are designed to adjust, in conjunction with the thrust action, the pressure and heat sealing time as a function of the thickness and constituent structure of the pressure and heat sealable material used.

Abstract: A machine for making, filling and sealing bags containing liquid, pulverulent, granular and other noncoherent materials, which is of the type having a vertical operating structure comprising structure for the formation and advancing of a continuous tube of heat-sealable material and also for feeding the product which is to be packed and for the longitudinal and transverse heat-sealing of the tube containing the product to be packed. In a machine of this kind the advancing structure and the transversal heat-sealing structure are associated with a support controlled by a mechanism belonging to the continuous motion kinematic structure, the advancing structure being formed by two sector members having cylindrical surfaces and contrarotating tangentially to a plane containing the axis of descent of the tube of heat-sealable material, while the mechanism comprises a cyclic differentiator device for the transmission of the motion.
