Abstract: A window cleaner that includes a handle, and base and a pivot joint. The handle has a proximal end and a distal end with the distal end being a forked yoke member. The base has a top surface and a bottom surface with a housing and a wiping blade located on the top surface. The pivot joint has a center with four legs extending outwardly from the center. Two of the legs form a first pin and two of the legs form a second pin. The first pin interfaces with the yoke member and the second pin interfaces with the housing. This pivot joint configuration allows the handle to have a range of 360 degree motion with respect to the base and vice versa.

Abstract: A fluid dispensing brush apparatus includes a brush and a storage device. The brush has a handle that defines a reservoir for a fluid and a head. The handle has a grip and includes an actuation mechanism that releases the fluid into the head. The head includes a plurality of bristles an aperture that directs the flow of the fluid from the brush. The storage device has an outer tube and an inner tube that are received by a base. A distal end of the brush is positionable in the storage device. The inner tube also supports the positioning of a decorative layer of material.

Abstract: A toilet bowl brush with an integrated refillable reservoir for storing and dispensing cleaning fluids. The toilet bowl brush, also, has (1) a wide top shield to protect user's hand from contamination during the cleaning process, (2) a non-slip soft handle with a thumb button for dispensing the cleaner, (3) a mechanism for dispensing the fluid and (4) a removable tip for changing the brush tip when it becomes worn. The brush tip includes perforations which allow the fluid to be dispensed through the tip by gravitational force.
