  • Patent number: 11215425
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for determining characteristic-curve correction factors a matrix detector that images in the infrared spectral range. A good image correction can be obtained by virtue of an area of homogeneous temperature being recorded at two different temperatures by the matrix detector, there being two images with different integration times for each temperature. A signal gradient over the integration time is established for each of the pixels from the four pixel values at the two temperatures in each case and the gain being established from the difference of the signal gradients and characteristic-curve correction factors for the gain being stored.

  • Patent number: 10733314
Abstract: In a method for protecting a networked military system from malicious users, transactions between the users of the networked military system are stored in a distributed database. Using a block chain method makes it possible to securely store important information in the network and to protect it from manipulation by intruders.

  • Patent number: 10070031
Abstract: A method for identifying an object in a search image, in which the object and surroundings around the object are recorded by an optics unit of a camera. The optics unit is swivelled in the surroundings during the integration of a recorded image and an image processing unit back calculates the search image from the recorded image using the point spread function and the swivelling movement of the optics unit. Then the search image is searched and the object is identified in the search image.

  • Patent number: 9001186
Abstract: In order to make it possible to reduce stereographic disturbances without image processing methods, it is proposed that pixels in the images each be associated with a distance from a distance model. The distance is an assumed distance from an object, which is imaged at that pixel, to at least one predetermined point, the distance model associates the distance in dependence on the position of the pixels in the recorded image. The image fusion is carried out using the associated distances.

  • Patent number: 8902292
Abstract: It is proposed that, on the assumption that the surrounding area forms a known topography, a representation is produced from a form of the topography, the camera position relative to the topography and the image in the form of a virtual representation of the view from an observation point which is at a distance from the camera position. This makes it possible to select an advantageous perspective of objects which are imaged in the image, thus making it possible for an operator to easily identify the position of the objects relative to the camera.
