Abstract: A device, system, and method for sharing information of a selected media modality via communication devices is provided. A device determines a type of a community member associated with an incident, the incident further associated with a first responder. The device determines a plurality of media modalities of information associated with the incident. The device selects, from the plurality of media modalities of the information, a media modality of the information based on the type of the community member. The device causes sharing of the media modality of the information with the community member via one or more of a first responder communication device, associated with the first responder, and a community member communication device, associated with the community member.

Abstract: Apparatus and method for appearance search for incident response. One embodiment provides a method for appearance searching for incident response. The method includes receiving a search criteria at a command server and initiating an appearance search based on the search criteria. The appearance search is performed on a plurality of responding devices communicatively connected to the command server. The method further includes receiving, at the command server, an update to the search criteria and determining, using the command server, a confidence level of the update based on weights assigned to each a plurality of parameters of the update. The method also includes creating, using the command server, an updated search criteria based on the search criteria and the update when the confidence level of the update exceeds a predetermined confidence threshold and pushing the updated search criteria for the appearance search to the plurality of responding devices.

Abstract: One example device includes an electronic processor configured identify, based on an incident type and a role of an object associated with a public safety incident, an uncompleted task that is to be performed by a public safety officer and that is associated with the object associated with the public safety incident. The electronic processor may be configured to identify first data included in a captured data file associated with the public safety incident that was generated at least partially by monitoring the object. The electronic processor may be configured to determine a time period within the captured data file during which the first data is identified to be present, and display an indication of the uncompleted task and at least one of the time period within the captured data file, the first data, and a user-selectable link to allow a user to consume the first data.

Abstract: Technical methods, devices, and systems disclosed herein provide a predictive case-solvability score service. The predictive case-solvability score service generates case solvability scores for cases, detects events that signal those scores should be updated, updates a machine-learning model over time to ensure current trends in recent data are reflected, and identifies specific actions to recommend for increasing those scores. Furthermore, the predictive case-solvability score service provides an interface that allows users to perceive trends in case-solvability scores over time and to execute some of the specific recommended actions.

Abstract: A device, system, and method for electronic access control to reunify persons is provided. A device determines, using electronic data, a modality of an incident associated with a premises. The device determines: one or more routes associated with the premises and the modality; and electronic reunification data associated with the modality, the electronic reunification data defining one or more first persons and one or more second persons that are to meet in association with the incident and in accordance with the one or more routes. The device controls access points at the premises, along the one or more routes, to one or more of unlock, lock, open, or close. The device transmits one or more notifications to one or more communication devices, indicative of the electronic reunification data.

Abstract: A device, system, and method for enhanced processing of sensor-based annotations is provided. A device determines respective confidence scores for a plurality of annotations associated with a given incident, the plurality of annotations provided at a timeline for the given incident, the timeline rendered at a display screen. The device determines that two or more annotations, of the plurality of annotations, are related. The device determines, from the respective confidence scores, a combined confidence score for the two or more annotations that are related. The device renders, at the display screen showing the timeline, at the two or more annotations that are related, the combined confidence score.

Abstract: Techniques to support human-machine interactions for public safety annotations are provided. Live streamed media that includes at least one of audio and video is received. The live streamed media is replicated. The replicated live streamed media is sent to at least two of an artificial intelligence bot and a human for annotation. A conflict between the annotations is detected. The conflict is resolved via an agency selected annotation conflict resolution policy.

Abstract: A device, method and system for assigning alerts to sensor analytics engines is provided. A device one or more of generates and receives an alert to perform a search for a target object. The device determines a geographic area in which to perform the search for the target object. The device determines sensors available in the geographic area for use in the search for the target object. The device, in response to the sensors meeting a threshold condition, assigns the alert to a sensor analytics engine to search for the target object using the sensors. The device, in response to the sensors not meeting the threshold condition, provides the alert to one or more communication devices to initiate a human-based search for the target object.

A device identifies a participant associated with an incident, the participant associated with a recording device. The device, in response to determining that media from the recording device has not yet been uploaded to a data store within a threshold time limit after occurrence of the incident: provides, at a display screen, an indication that the media has not yet been uploaded to the data store.

Abstract: A computer apparatus, such as a validator node, for validating incident-related data records in a distributed electronic ledger is configured to receive a request from an agent to add a proposed incident-related data record associated with an incident to the distributed electronic ledger. In response to the proposed incident-related data record, the computer apparatus determines, from the distributed electronic ledger, one or more attributes of the agent or incident. The computer apparatus determines whether the proposed incident-related data record satisfies validation criteria based at least partially on the one or more attributes of the agent or incident. Once validated, the computer apparatus may then append the proposed incident-related data record to the distributed electronic ledger. Alternatively, the proposed incident-related data record may be appended regardless of validity, but an indication of validity may be appended if the proposed incident-related data record is validated.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for a predictive response-generation service to facilitate timely compliance with information-disclosure laws. When an event associated with an electronic data collection is detected, a set of features is extracted for the electronic data collection. The features are input into a machine-learning model to generate a request-prediction score. If the probability of receiving a request for data in the electronic data collection meets a threshold, a redaction operation specified by a redaction policy is executed on the electronic data collection to generate a modified electronic data collection. The modified electronic data collection, which is a redacted version of the electronic data collection, is transmitted to a digital response repository.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for determining priority discrepancies between audio data and records data. In one example, the system includes an electronic computing device. The electronic computing device compares audio data associated with a public safety incident to records data associated with the public safety incident, determines discrepancies between the audio data and the records data, and determines an organization and a type associated with the public safety incident. The electronic computing device also determines, based on the organization and the type, priority discrepancies included in the discrepancies and generates a geographical map that includes the priority discrepancies and that is configured for display on a display device.

Abstract: A method for routing civilian calls to an associated public-safety officer is provided herein. During operation, a call processor receives a civilian call having a target identifier number identifying a target of the call. An incident identifier is then received from the calling party. A current workflow point is determined for the identified incident, and the call is routed to an appropriate person based on the workflow point for the identified incident.

Abstract: A device, system and method for managing access authorization is provided. A request to alter access authorization of one or more devices assigned to a user is received at a computing device. The computing device determines at least one contextual condition associated with at least one of the one or more devices. The computing device determines, based on the at least one contextual condition, a subset of the one or more devices for which the access authorization is to be altered to include at least one other user. The computing device alters the access authorization of the subset of the one or more devices to include the at least one other user, such that the at least one other user is granted access to the subset of the one or more devices.

Abstract: Systems and methods for transmitting near real-time geographic mass messaging requests. One example method includes receiving a geographic mass messaging request via a transceiver, the geographic mass messaging request including a message, a geographic reference, and a requesting agency identifier, and having at least one request characteristic. The method includes assigning, with an electronic processor, a priority to the geographic mass messaging request based on an electronically stored alerting authority policy and at least one selected from the group consisting of the requesting agency identifier, the geographic reference, and the at least one request characteristic. Abstract: A communication system and method are provided for prioritizing the collection of evidence leads. Geographic mass messaging notifications are sent out alerting to an incident in conjunction with a request for incident information. Responding devices are prioritized based on device parameter information. The prioritization enables transient devices to be provided with a higher priority than non-transient devices. The assigned priority facilitates investigative follow-up of a plurality of evidence leads prior to the review of actual data content of each lead.
