In response to receiving the request, one or more charging stations in the network may be determined as being available for charging the EV. Information regarding the one or more charging stations may be “pushed” to the EV and/or a client computing device associated with the EV for selection. A selection of a particular EV charging station can be received and the selected EV charging station can be accordingly reserved for charging the EV.
