    Abstract: Methods, computer systems, and computer storage media are provided for automatic management of remote patient monitoring devices. Various, disparate types of remote patient monitoring devices may be used to capture medically relevant data relating to a patient. Device inputs may be received in disparate and are assigned a common format for processing. Inputs are associated with a particular device and a particular patient. Duplicate or conflicting inputs are filtered out. Irrelevant inputs are likewise filtered out. The remaining inputs are passed along for further analysis or recordation into a patient's electronic medical record.
