Publication number: 20190195592Abstract: A toy projectile launcher capable of launching a substantially large number of projectiles, for example, toy foam darts. To increase the number of projectiles that can be launched between reloadings, the projectiles are housed in a hopper. The hopper may include a movable rear wall which facilitates the loading of a large number of projectiles into the hopper at one time. A portion of a side wall of the hopper may be agitated to loosen the projectiles within the hopper so that they will drop into a firing chamber of the launcher more easily. A cover for the hopper may have a collapsible ceiling to prevent the projectiles from becoming improperly oriented in the hopper as they are being loosened by the agitated portion of the side wall of the hopper. A rotating track and a push rod may cooperate to advance projectiles from a firing chamber of the launcher.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 21, 2017Publication date: June 27, 2019Inventors: Francis See Chong Chia, Steven J. Publication number: 20190154418Abstract: A toy dart includes a deformable cap that safely impacts a target. The cap includes two layers of substantially parallel hollow passages that provide spaces that allow the cap to deform. The lower layer, having two hollow passages, is supported by exterior posts and an interior wall between the two hollow passages. The upper layer, having three hollow passages, is supported by exterior posts and interior walls that are laterally offset from the interior wall of the lower layer. The upper and lower layers are separated vertically by a substantially flat divider. Due to the difference in the number of hollow passages and interior walls in each layer, the upper layer is more rigid than the lower layer such that the lower layer of the cap deforms more than the upper layer of the cap upon initial impact with the target.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 28, 2019Publication date: May 23, 2019Inventors: Francis See Chong Chia, Xubin Xia

Patent number: 9630118Abstract: A diving toy, or dive stick, that is connectable and extendable. The diving toy includes connectable and/or extendable portions that enables the length of the diving toy to be changed and enable it to be converted into a dive-ring, extended dive stick, larger dive-ring, dive-chain, or a multitude of other amusing shapes. In various games of play, one or more diving toys is thrown into a pool. A player retrieves the diving toy from the bottom of the pool or plays various games of play with the diving toy while submerged underwater.Type: GrantFiled: November 5, 2014Date of Patent: April 25, 2017Assignee: EASEBON SERVICES LIMITEDInventors: Veronica Pui Chung Wong, Francis See Chong Chia

Patent number: 9500432Abstract: A dart launcher comprises a housing, a safety arm, and a trigger. The housing includes a launching section configured to receive a dart having a minimum threshold length. The safety arm is movably attached to the housing and extends at least partially across the launching section. The safety arm is positioned so that the dart having the minimum threshold length engages at least a portion of the safety arm upon insertion into the launching section. The trigger is movable with respect to the housing and is operable to cause the dart having the minimum threshold length to launch from the launching section.Type: GrantFiled: July 8, 2015Date of Patent: November 22, 2016Assignee: Easebon Services LimitedInventor: Francis See Chong Chia
