    Abstract: A system for performing minimally invasive facelifts is provided. The system includes a plate having a base having a top surface and an opposing bottom surface. The base has a plurality of through holes formed therein that extends between the top surface and the bottom surface. A plurality of barbs extends outwardly from the bottom surface. At least one anchor screw is adapted to secure the plate to the bone of patients. A method for performing minimally invasive facelifts is also provided.
