  • Patent number: 6357610
Abstract: An interlock cabinet system that in its basic configuration includes two panel assemblies kept at a spaced apart and parallel relationship with respect to each other by four spacer members. The panel assemblies include a central portion flanked by two lateral channel portions. One of the lateral channel portions includes a longitudinal bent termination that, in cooperation with the bent termination of the opposite panel assembly, slidably receives a decorative cover. Each of the lateral channel portions have an inverted U-shape opening that defines a tongue member that is receivable through slots in tab terminations of the spacer members. The spacer members provide horizontal support to shelves.

  • Patent number: 6099095
Abstract: A system for building metal cabinets with two first frame members each having a substantially rectangular shape with four elongated members that include first and second set of openings on their ends that cooperatively receive bendable tabs on the edges of walls defining spacer members for the two top aligned corners of the frame members. A bottom wall acts as a spacer and it is mounted to the two lower corners of the frame members with bendable tabs. A cabinet compartment is thus defined and panels can then be added as its cover, bottom, back, closures, drawers, or shelves. No soldering is required making it very convenient for on site installation.

  • Patent number: 6088993
Abstract: A closure system for openings that includes upper and lower elongated support members that sandwich at least two panel members coplanarly disposed. The elongated support members are cut to the desired size depending on the opening and the panels separated accordingly. The panel members' edges that include channels adjacent thereto are mounted at the ends. The surface opposite to the surface where the channel is located includes a removably mounted ornamentary cover. A slidable hinge assembly is mounted on the channel that permits a user to adjust its location.

  • Patent number: 6027192
Abstract: A system for building metallic cabinets of different dimensions with a minimum of inventory for parts that includes first and second panels, used in pairs and kept in opposite spaced apart relationship with respect to each other by connecting bottom and top panels. The first and second panels include interlocking longitudinally extends slots and mal rib members that can be readily assembled and, optionally, extension panels removably mounted in between the first and second panels. In the space defined by these panels, a number of accessories can be readily suspended, such as shelves, hinge assemblies and the like, at any position by using fasteners mounted along longitudinally extending slots internal in said space on the opposite surfaces of the panels. Cover panels and back panels are slidably mounted along cooperating rails and slots, respectively, located on predetermined positions of the first and second panels.
