Abstract: A toothbrush connectable to a pressurized source of water for expelling a stream of pulsating water from the brush head thereof is provided. The toothbrush, includes: a body having a conduit therein in fluid communication between a water inlet and a plurality of holes formed in the brush head of the body, a flexible hose having a first end connected to the water inlet and a second end connectable to a pressurized source of water and a pulsatile mechanism in operational connection with the conduit for transforming the flow of water therethrough the conduit into a pulsating stream of water expelled from the holes.
