  • Patent number: 11502582
Abstract: A spring clamp for plugging onto an electrical conductor of an electric machine, having a first spring leg and a second spring leg adjoining the first spring leg. The spring legs are arranged and/or formed with respect to one another in such a way that a receiving opening for receiving the electrical conductor is formed between a free first end portion of the first spring leg and a free second end portion of the second spring leg, and the conductor is clamped between the first end portion and the second end portion. The second spring leg has a sensor holder and a spring arm with a press-on tab, a spring force is exerted by way of the spring arm such that a sensor arranged in the sensor holder is fixed in the sensor holder by way of the press-on tab, and the sensor holder is pressed onto the electrical conductor.

  • Patent number: 10886822
Abstract: Various embodiments include an isolation ring for isolating the end windings of a stator of an electrical machine, the isolation ring comprising: a protrusion with a conductor guide for receiving a conductor, wherein the protrusion comprises: a pressing flap with an inner guiding surface; and a pocket with a temperature sensor arranged in the pocket. The inner guiding surface faces the pocket. The pressing flap and the pocket are arranged so an end of the conductor inserted in the conductor guide is guided between the inner guiding surface and the temperature sensor, and the end is pressed against and/or guided to the temperature sensor.

  • Patent number: 8388455
Abstract: An antifriction bushing is provided for the bearing of a telescopable steering spindle having an inner spindle and an outer spindle which are disposed coaxially with respect to one another and displaceably with respect to one another and for the torque transmission have a cross section differing from circular. Between the outer spindle and the inner spindle, an interspace is provided for receiving the antifriction bushing consisting of a thermoplastic synthetic material or comprising such material. The bushing includes an inner surface and an outer surface, and consists of a mixture comprising the material PEEK and additionally at least one of the materials PTFE at a volume fraction of up to maximally 15% and/or graphite at a volume fraction of up to maximally 15% and/or carbon fibers at a volume fraction of up to maximally 40%.
