  • Publication number: 20170114804
Abstract: This present disclosure relates to a device for recovering hydraulic energy in an implement with a mooring pump for operation as pump or as motor, with a high-pressure accumulator and with a throttle differential circuit for connecting the bottom side of a working cylinder with the rod side of the working cylinder of the implement, and to a corresponding implement.

  • Publication number: 20130323091
Abstract: A hydraulic system has at least one consumer and at least one hydraulic pump. A pressure limiting valve for limiting the maximum system pressure is connected with the at least one hydraulic pump, and the pressure limiting valve is pilot-controlled for switching a bypass. The invention also concerns a pressure limiting valve for limiting the system pressure inside such a hydraulic system.

  • Publication number: 20130319561
Abstract: A hydraulic control block has at least two pressure supply circuits, which each include one or more hydraulic consumer ports, and at least two hydraulic pump ports. A valve arrangement is provided, by way of which each of the at least two pump ports can selectively connect with at least one of the pressure supply circuits selectively individually or in combination with at least one of the remaining pump ports. At least one direct connection of a consumer port is provided per pump port.

  • Patent number: 8322375
Abstract: A control device for controlling a hydraulic consumer, is equipped with a distributing valve having a control pressure chamber and a control slide that can be displaced against the force of a spring by the build-up of a control pressure in the control pressure chamber. A pilot control valve controls the supply and discharge of control fluid into and out of the control pressure chamber. A release device is used to drive the control fluid out of the control pressure chamber, bypassing the pilot control valve.

  • Publication number: 20100275771
Abstract: The present invention relates to a hydraulic system having at least two piston-in-cylinder units, at least one equalization line for the pressure equalization between the piston-in-cylinder units and the control pistons, with one respective control piston being associated with a connection of a piston-in-cylinder unit and with at least one 2-way flow regulation valve with a check valve function being in communication with the at least one equalization line.

  • Patent number: 7318292
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for attenuating the motion of hydraulic cylinders of mobile work machinery, in particular of hydraulic excavators, in which prior to the hydraulic cylinder reaching one of the limits of travel, its motion speed is reduced, and the hydraulic cylinder is moved to the respective limit of travel at reduced speed; wherein for the purpose of reducing the speed, the inflow to, and/or the outflow from, the hydraulic cylinder are/is throttled by a flow control device. According to the invention, the method is characterized by, prior to the respective limit of travel being reached, the motion speed of the hydraulic cylinder is registered, and the point in time when throttling commences is changed depending on the registered motion speed.
