The base includes a receiver including a first portion extending outwardly by a first distance from a proximal portion at an upper portion of the base to a distal portion and including a retainer extending upwardly from the distal portion of the first portion, the first portion of the receiver constructed to receive a tool box handle and the retainer being constructed to prevent outward rotation of a tool box borne by the wall mount about the support and to inhibit forward movement of a handle of the tool box along the first portion of the receiver.
