  • Publication number: 20110240661
Abstract: A structure of a plastic container having a hollow flange, a mould thereof and a method for manufacturing the same are provided in the present invention. The mould of the plastic container includes a first mould plate and a second plate. The first mould plate has a mould cavity, and the second mould plate has a mould insert. The mould cavity and the mould insert are combined to form a body-forming space and a flange-forming space. The flange-forming space surrounds an end surface of the body-forming space. The mould can feed air into a flange-forming space by an air-supplying pipe and a material-overflowing space during the injection molding of the mould, thereby forming a finished product of the plastic container having a hollow-shaped flange. The structure of the plastic container includes a body and a flange having a closed hollow portion. The plastic container has a better structure strength.

  • Publication number: 20110016841
Abstract: ATP yarns having high twist efficiency (low residual twist) as well as methods for increasing the self plying action that occurs in ATP yarn processing. The self plying action and the ATP yarn structure may be improved by increasing the convergence angle of the singles twist yarns to above 50 degrees (compared to current values of 0 to 35 degrees). The increased convergence angle permits an increase in the ply twist above the level possible by self plying alone. This results in a yarn with reduced residual singles twist. An array of singles torque jets and an optional ply torque jet has been developed to achieve a high convergence angle. The angle between the singles torque jet axes can be varied from 0 to 180 degrees.

  • Publication number: 20040104807
Abstract: Disclosed are network fingerprint system and methods that eliminate the ratio requirement of one fingerprint sensor connected to one computer or equivalents thereof in processor and memory. The network fingerprint sensor system takes captured fingerprint image data, or fingerprint template data, and transmits the fingerprint data via TCP/IP or other network protocol to a centralized authentication server. The authentication server authenticates and verifies the received fingerprint data with an internal fingerprint database stored in the server. This implementation allows for one fingerprint authentication server to simultaneously control, optimize, obtain fingerprint data, analyze fingerprint data, authenticate, and verify fingerprint data from multiple network fingerprint sensors simultaneously.

  • Patent number: 6121172
Abstract: Composite materials formed from bone bioactive glass or ceramic fibers and structural fibers are disclosed. In preferred embodiments, a braid or mesh of interwoven bone bioactive glass or ceramic fibers and structural fibers is impregnated with a polymeric material to provide a composite of suitable biocompatibility and structural integrity. Most preferably, the mesh or braid is designed so that the bioactive fibers are concentrated at the surface of the implant to create a surface comprised of at least 30% bioactive material, thereby providing enhanced bone ingrowth. The interweaving between the bone bioactive glass or ceramic fibers and the core of structural fibers overcomes the problems found in prior composite systems where the bioactive material delaminates from the polymer. Preferred bioactive materials include calcium phosphate ceramics and preferred structural fibers include carbon fibers. Further preferred bioactive materials include aluminum oxide at greater than 0.2%, by mole.
