  • Publication number: 20240167576
Abstract: A valve assembly comprising a valve body, a valve housing, and a spring member coupling the valve body to the valve housing. The spring member is configured to align the contact surface of the valve body with the valve seat inside the valve housing. The spring member can be located on the discharge side of the valve body. The valve assembly may be disposed in a fluid end of a positive displacement pump that is operated to flow a wellbore servicing fluid into a wellbore.

  • Patent number: 11964815
Abstract: A self-funneling flexible container may be used with a storage and transportation system to provide an efficient, effective and cost-efficient transfer of material to, from or about a site, for example, a hydrocarbon exploration, recovery, production or operation site. The self-funneling flexible container may comprise one or more bands about the bottom or the bottom and one or more sides of the self-funneling flexible container. The bands have an elasticity such that the weight of material disposed in the self-funneling flexible container transitions the bands to an expanded position. When the material is discharged, the bands transition to a contracted position to form a funnel or chute so that all material may be efficiently discharged. As the funnel or chute is only formed at discharge, the self-funneling flexible container may store more material than traditional rigid containers.

  • Publication number: 20230279759
Abstract: The disclosure presents systems and methods for hot swapping pumps at a wellsite while minimizing the impact to the pumping operations. As one pump is swapped out, such as for maintenance, the remaining pumps in the set of pumps at the wellsite can continue pumping operations. In some aspects, the pumps can be arranged around a central open area where the manifold pipes are located on the outside perimeter. This arrangement allows for a pump moving apparatus to remove and locate pumps at various positions around the perimeter while minimizing movement and minimizing the time the pump moving apparatus spends off of matting. The pump moving apparatus can be shielded with a protective barrier to protect the equipment or user from discharges from other pumps that are under high pressure.

  • Publication number: 20210300739
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses of the present disclosure generally relate to on-site logistics using autonomous delivery vehicles in organized use sites. A system for on-site logistics includes a plurality of containers that are organized by type, each container including an identification tag. The system also includes at least three signal beacons configured to at least emit or receive signals, and at least one autonomous material handling device configured to locate the containers, move the containers, and store delivery points of the containers, wherein the at least one autonomous material handling device is in communication with the at least three signal beacons.

  • Patent number: 10767461
Abstract: An additive injection apparatus has a flow manifold with an injection tube configured to communication an additive into the flow manifold. A hopper is connected to the injection tube and will deliver the additive to the injection tube. First and second valves movable between open and closed positions control the flow of additive from the hopper into the injection tube and from the injection tube into the flow manifold.

  • Patent number: 7181801
Abstract: The invention relates to an absorbent structure for cleaning surfaces. The absorbent structure has areas or sections or mixtures comprising different material, these areas, sections or mixtures having either a primarily absorbent effect or a primarily cleaning effect. The structure has a support structure to which the cleaning material has been applied. The aim of the invention is to provide an absorbent structure with greater potential for variation and variants in terms of its cleaning and absorbency properties and/or effects. To this end, the inventive absorbent structure has a pocket or bag-shaped cavity in which pieces or strips of highly absorbent materials are located.

  • Patent number: 6502838
Abstract: A cleaning cart for accommodating and carrying containers and utensils for cleaning, supply and waste collection purposes. The cleaning cart has a base frame which is on rollers, and step shaped support frames which are mounted on the base frame and support carrying elements, the carrying elements being horizontally and vertically offset from each other. The cleaning cart also has a hanging container located behind the support frame. A base plate is fixed on the base frame. The carrying elements are trays which can be hung in the support frame in a cascade arrangement. Space is provided between the hung trays and the base plate for arranging other containers. The support frame has more than two steps. Containers can be placed on the base plate in front of the support frame, and under at least one hung tray.
