Abstract: A method for transmitting data from a mobile unit to a backend system includes, when connectivity is present between the mobile unit and the backend system: receiving, by the mobile unit, a master index from the backend system, deleting, by the mobile unit, data of the local database which are contained in the master database based on a comparison of a local index with the master index and updating the local index, transmitting, by the mobile unit, data stored in the local database which are not yet contained in the master database, receiving and storing a new master index from the backend system, and deleting the transmitted data of the local database based on a comparison of the updated local index with the new master index and further updating the local index.

Abstract: An axial compressor is provided. The compressor has an annular flow channel, in which adjustable blades of a blade ring that extend through the flow channel are rotatably mounted. Each blade has a lug on the rotor-side of the vane for mounting an inner ring. In order to provide a wear-free, self-centering inner ring, the ring is designed as a split ring with two opposing ends and a spring element for spreading the split ring.

Abstract: A gas turbine having air cooling is provided with an effective measure for cleaning cooling air which is used in the turbine, which measure is particularly efficient. In order to allow comparatively pure, that is to say particle-free, compressed cooling air to flow into the cooling-channel system of the turbine, it is proposed that a protective element is provided for particle separation in a manner which is adjacent radially further to the outside to the removal opening, which protective element impedes particles which floating the compressor final air from flowing into the removal opening. As a result the clogging of cooling—air holes in impact-cooled turbine components which are loaded by hot gas can be avoided.
