  • Publication number: 20110188692
Abstract: A hearing aid can be inserted deep inside an auditory canal without the risk of injury. The hearing system has a hearing device that can be completely inserted into a human auditory canal, and a positioning device, which is attached to the hearing device in a self-retaining manner. The positioning device can be detached from the hearing device, when the latter is in the state where it is inserted into the auditory canal, and cannot or can only partly be inserted into the auditory canal because it serves as a stop on a section of the concha when the hearing device is being positioned. The positioning device is decoupled from the hearing device after placement and removed from the auditory canal.

  • Publication number: 20110019852
Abstract: For particularly good adaptation to a given hearing situation, an in-the-ear hearing device which has a housing with a channel in the housing that is designed as a through-opening for sound and air between the interior of the ear and the environment outside the ear, the channel is provided with a structural element for changing the size of the through-opening at at least one position. The structural element is a valve formed with electroactive material and the size of the through-opening is adjusted by application of a voltage to the valve.

  • Patent number: 7198648
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for dyeing keratin fibers, especially human hair. The inventive method comprises the following steps: optionally applying a pretreatment agent M1 to the fiber, using a dye M2 on the fiber which is optionally mixed immediately before application to the fiber from a component M2a, containing at least one oxidative dye pre-product of the developer type and/or an indole and/or indole derivative and a component M2b, containing an oxidative dye and/or an enzyme. If desired, a third agent M3 is added to the individual agents M2a or M2b before mixing them or to the mixture M2, and said dye M2 is rinsed from the fiber after a period of 5–10 minutes. At least one of the agents M1, M2a, M2b or M3 contains a compound from the vitamin B6 group. The invention further relates to hair pretreatment agents, to agents for dyeing keratin fibers, to their packing in corresponding kits and to the use thereof.

  • Publication number: 20040261198
Abstract: A method for modifying keratin fibers, in particular for restructuring and finishing, by polymerizing suitable polymerizable substrates at the fiber by using a polyphenol oxidase. In addition, the invention relates to compositions comprising the substrates capable of the polymerization by means of a polyphenol oxidase and at least one polyphenol oxidase, and to the use thereof for positively influencing the fiber properties, in particular strength, porosity, elasticity, color retention and volume of the fibers.

  • Patent number: 6828443
Abstract: A hybrid dye is provided that is useful for coloring keratin fibers and skin. The hybrid dye has the structure X-S-Y, where X is derived from a substantive dye, Y is derived from an oxidation dye precursor or a melanin precursor, and S is a direct bond or spacer group. The present invention also provides a composition for coloring keratin fibers that contains the hybrid dye.

  • Patent number: 6814761
Abstract: The present invention provides a coloring or tinting composition containing one or more certain 2-nitro-p-phenylene diamine derivatives as substantive dyes. The 2-nitro-p-phenylene diamine derivatives 1-(N-cycloheptylamino)-2-nitro-4-aminobenzene and 1-(N-cyclooctylamino)-2-nitro-4-aminobenzene are preferred.

  • Patent number: 6736862
Abstract: A composition and method for using the composition for dyeing keratin fibers. The composition consists of indole/indoline hybrid dyes and hybrid dye precursors. More particularly, the indole/indoline hybrid dyes and hybrid dye precursors correspond to formula (I): X—S—Y  (I) where X is a group derived from an indole or indoline derivative as a melanin precursor, Y is a group derived from an oxidation dye precursor of the secondary or primary intermediate type or an indole or indoline derivative as a melanin precursor; and S is a structural element which is common constituent of the groups X and Y, a direct bond or at least one spacer group. The composition may also be used to color human skin.
