  • Patent number: 9568341
Abstract: A position sensor has at least one guide rail for a guide housing having a magnetic component. On the guide housing, an encapsulation is accommodated which electrically insulates and/or fixes a lead frame assembly and/or a circuit trace assembly. It forms a retainer for the magnetic component.

  • Patent number: 9029702
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a connection assembly for a sensor assembly having a connection element which is electrically and mechanically connected to one end of at least one wire of a connection cable in a first contacting region and can be electrically and mechanically connected to a sensor element in a second contacting region, wherein the connection element is at least partially enclosed by a plastic overmold which has a window-shaped recess in a transition region between the first contacting region and the second contacting region which is sealed in the injection molding die during the injection process of the plastic overmold and a corresponding sensor assembly. According to the disclosure, a positioning opening is arranged in the transition region such that the connection element can be positioned in the injection molding die and the transition region surrounding the positioning opening is sealed flat in the injection molding die to create the window-shaped recess.

  • Publication number: 20140060922
Abstract: A fastening device, e.g., for an electrical cable in a vehicle, has a sleeve which is lockable in a holder and which encloses the line. The sleeve has at least two sleeve subareas which are at least partially separable from one another in such a way that in a preinstalled state the line is inserted into an inner area of the sleeve, and the sleeve subareas are connectable to one another in such a way that in an installed state the line is completely annularly enclosed by the sleeve subareas. Due to the multipart configuration of the sleeve, it is easily mounted on a line. A resistant material such as a thermoplastic elastomer, which is processable with the aid of injection molding, is used for the sleeve.

  • Patent number: 8623254
Abstract: A method for producing a magnetic field sensor for use in drive train of a motor vehicle includes encapsulating an electrical assembly and an end of a connecting cable via injection molding and integrally extruding a fastening tab. After a first injection step in which the electrical assembly and the connecting cable are encapsulated in a core-type first molded part, a second injection molding step in implemented in which a fastening tab is integrally formed via injection molding on the core-type insertion part in a specifiable longitudinal and/or angular position. The core-like insertion part is held in the injection mold in a longitudinally displaceable and/or rotatable manner.

  • Publication number: 20100207295
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a magnetic field sensor (13), particularly a rotary speed and/or rotational direction sensor for the wheel rotation or for the drivetrain of a motor vehicle, wherein an electrical component (10) and the end of a connecting cable (28) are encapsulated in plastic (32) by injection molding, and a mounting tab (38) is injection molded. After a first injection process step, wherein the electrical component (10) and the connecting cable (28) are encapsulated in a core-like first molded part (30, 32), and a mounting tab (38) is injected onto the core-like insert (30) in a second injection process step in a longitudinal and/or angular position that can be prescribed. The core-like insert (30) is thereby longitudinally displaceably and/or rotatably held in the injection mold (46, 58), together with the connecting cable, whereby various positions of the insert (30) can be defined relative to the mounting tab (38).
