  • Publication number: 20010006711
Abstract: In a process for production of an aluminum foil (10) coated with sealable and sterlisable plastic (14) based on polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE), the plastic (14) is coextruded with an adhesion-promotion agent (16) and combined with an aluminium foil (24) between two rollers (20, 22). The aluminium foil (10) coextrusion-coated in this way, to increase the adhesion strength between the aluminium foil (24) and the plastic layer (14), then passes continuously through an oven (26) with temperature (TO) set such that the temperature of the plastic layer (14) and the adhesion-promotion agent (16) lies above the crystallite melt point (TK) of the plastic. The coated aluminium foil heat-treated in this way, after emerging from the oven (26), is cooled shock-like such that the crystalline proportion at least in the surface area of the cooled plastic layer (14) and the crystallites in this area are as small as possible.

  • Patent number: 5165987
Abstract: Foil includes a first etch-resistant layer which at least partially covers the neighboring layer and has a weight per unit area of 0.5-20 g/m.sup.2, a first aluminum or aluminum alloy layer having a thickness of about 30 .mu.m to 150 .mu.m, a dielectric layer of plastic having a thickness of about 5 to 100 .mu.m, a second aluminum or aluminum alloy layer having a thickness of about 30 .mu.m to 150 .mu.m, and a second etch-resistant layer which at least partially covers the neighboring layer and has a weight per unit area of 0.5 to 20 g/m.sup.2.

  • Patent number: 5124523
Abstract: To adapt the frequency band of oscillating circuits with frequencies greater than the set frequency, made from a metal-plastic-metal sandwich foil useful as an identification label and manufactured from rolls (1) of sandwich foil connected to each other by at least one plastic film, the oscillating circuits are conveyed almost continuously through two frequency-measuring cells (5,6) between which is located a reduction unit (7). After comparison of the set value and actual value, the frequency band of an oscillating circuit is adapted by reduction of the capacitor part of the oscillating circuit by means of the reduction unit (7), which is controlled by the correction unit (8).

  • Patent number: 4949237
Abstract: An integrating module which can be fed back and operates recursively according to the trapezoidal rule, across which a pass-through value channel is shunted. For feeding back the module a separate feedback output is provided at which the output signal of the internal rectangle rule integrating module is available for feedback. The deviation between the output signal proper of the module and the signal at the feedback output is corrected separately outside the feedback branch. In one embodiment, the correction is brought about by a suitable adjustment of an amplifier in the channel of the input variable.

  • Patent number: 4366709
Abstract: There is provided an apparatus for the measurement of the velocity of gases, especially for the intake of internal combustion engines, consisting essentially of an electronic unit and a hot-wire anemometer, with two or more temperature dependent resistances with the highest possible temperature coefficients which together with two temperature independent resistances are connected to form a bridge. The temperature dependent resistances are made of a thin metal coating which are placed on electrically insulating carriers.
