  • Publication number: 20070227771
Abstract: In the case of a gasket made of an elastomer, especially silicone, for leading through several single-conductor cables (7), provided especially with contact clips, in a sealed manner into a housing (2) provided with a floor and covering lid (3), which gasket (1) comprises lead-through openings (4, 5, 6) adjacent to one another for the cables, with the diameter of said openings being smaller than the insulation diameter of the cables (7), the lead-through openings (4, 5, 6) of the gasket (1) are connected among each other by slits (8) and the cover lid (3) can be pressed against the inserted cables (7) within the terms of closing the slits (8) and by pressing the edges of the opening against the inserted cables (7) under elastic deformation of the gasket (1) and can be fastened in the pressing position in the housing (2).

  • Patent number: 4732724
Abstract: An injection mold comprises two or more mold sections, which enclose a cavity for molding an injection-molded part. The mold cavity is adapted to be supplied with the molding material through at least one entrance opening. The injection mold is maintained at a temperature at which the molding material is set. Said molding material is injected in a liquid state at a greatly differing temperature. To simplify the injection molding operation, to avoid damage by the removal of sprues, and to accelerate the manufacture, the molding material is injected through the entrance opening directly into the cavity by means of at least one injection nozzle. The injection mold comprises an injection nozzle having a nozzle tip which fits the entrance opening.
