  • Patent number: 11967929
Abstract: A photovoltaic system comprising an inverter adapted to convert a DC power supplied by photovoltaic modules of a photovoltaic generator via power cables to said inverter into an AC current for an AC power supply grid, wherein the inverter has a base station connected by means of the power cables to the module level devices which are provided to monitor and/or to control associated photovoltaic modules of the photovoltaic generator, wherein if the inverter does not receive sufficient energy from the photovoltaic generator and the AC power supply grid, a controller is adapted to activate a deadlock prevention mode of an energy supply unit connected to the inverter where the inverter receives energy from the energy supply unit such that the base station of the inverter is able to continue to transmit permission to operate, PTO, signals via the power cables to the module level devices of the photovoltaic generator.

  • Publication number: 20050085998
Abstract: In a method for providing route-specific information in a vehicle, the present location of the vehicle is determined in the vehicle. A plurality of information data is received in the vehicle that in each case associate at least one route situation with locations or location areas. The plurality of information data is related in each case to the determined location of the vehicle, and there are determined the information data that comply with predefined association criteria. A device, a vehicle and a traffic information system comprise corresponding features. An embodiment of the invention improves and extends the technical possibilities of informing a vehicle driver about route situations.

  • Publication number: 20020089442
Abstract: A method and apparatus for altering the coordinates obtained by satellite navigation in a receiving system which fixes an incorrect position, instead of a true position, within a given three-dimensional zone. In connection with altered coordinates, additional navigational information such as course and speed can also be influenced. Specifically, signals are received from a site and re-emitted in a suitable way so that a navigation receiver determines the position of the receiving site within the three-dimensional zone covered by the emission. This approach is superior to noise-blanketing countermeasures (such as carrier or noise interference) in that precise but untrue coordinates are determined in the navigation receiver, without this incorrectness being immediately recognized.
