  • Patent number: 11635172
Abstract: A light bulb assembly that includes a crystal modifier, a housing, a mechanical attachment, a light source, electrical components, and a threaded insert is disclosed herein. The crystal modifier is secured to the housing using a mechanical attachment such as a clamp, clip, spring, shim, thread, or ring. The light source and electrical components are provided in the housing, where the light source is positioned to project light into the crystal modifier. The threaded insert is attached to the housing opposite the crystal modifier and is configured to provide the electrical components and light source with a connection to a power source when the threaded insert is in electrical contact with the power source.

  • Publication number: 20220136659
Abstract: A light bulb assembly that illuminates a crystal, where the crystal is mechanically secured without the use of an adhesive or a hole created within the crystal, is disclosed herein. The crystal may be secured to the light bulb assembly using a mechanical attachment such as a clamp, clip, spring, shim, thread, ring, or other suitable mechanical attachment. The crystal may preferably be secured to the light bulb assembly using a mechanical attachment that provides sufficient compression to secure the crystal. The mechanical attachment may preferably remain secure when heated by the light source of the light bulb assembly when in use.

  • Patent number: 11199301
Abstract: Systems and methods for shaping and energizing fluids to generate luminous fluid sculptures are disclosed herein. The disclosed methods comprise one or more steps of sculpting one or more fluids into a pattern or shape using one or more forces selected from the group consisting of mechanically generated turbulence, controlled movement through a shaped chamber, application of a magnetic field, vibration, and gravity to generate one or more sculpted fluids, and one or more steps of energizing the fluids using one or more sources of nonvisible energy selected from the group consisting of chemicals, heat, electrical current, and nonvisible electromagnetic radiation so that the fluids emit visible light. The color of the visible light emitted may be controlled by modulating various color-control factors. The methods comprise at least two non-simultaneous steps, where the non-simultaneous steps may be any combination of sculpting and energizing steps, to generate dynamic luminous fluid sculptures.

  • Patent number: 10065449
Abstract: The present disclosure describes a system and method for shaping and energizing fluids that can generate luminous fluid sculptures. The method comprises sculpting the pattern and/or shape of a plurality of fluids using nonvisible forces such as mechanically generated turbulence, controlled movement through a shaped chamber, magnetic fields, vibration, gravity, or other forces; energizing the sculpted fluids so that they emit visible light using sources of nonvisible energy such as chemicals, heat, electrical currents, electromagnetic radiation, or other sources; and controlling the color of the emitted light using chemical additives, selected wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation, layering of selected chemicals, or other methods.
