    Abstract: A connecting device includes a plurality of resilient terminal pieces, each of which has a connecting end portion connected electrically to a corresponding one of conductive contacts on a flexible printed board, and a resilient contact end portion opposite to the connecting end portion. A positioning unit is provided on the flexible printed board and a circuit board for positioning the flexible printed board on the circuit board so as to enable the contact end portion of each of the terminal pieces to contact electrically a corresponding one of contact pads on the circuit board. As such, each of the contact pads can be connected a respective one of the conductive contacts on the flexible printed board.
