    Abstract: A floor advertising method that utilizes a floor mat having a recessed area for receiving an advertising panel. In one aspect, the method uses a floor advertising system comprising: a floor mat having a bottom surface, a top surface, and a recessed area in the top surface, the recessed area having a depth; and a panel having an advertisement, the panel positioned in the recessed area. In some embodiments, it is preferred that the panel have a thickness that is substantially equal to or less than the depth of the recessed area. In another aspect, the invention is a method of doing business utilizing such a floor advertising system.
