  • Patent number: 5109937
Abstract: A removable transport mechanism for a vibrating tray scale for conveying flats on off of the platform of the tray. The removable drive mechanism has belts trained about rollers that can be readily replaced after they become worn. The transport mechanism has a floor that supports the conveying mechanism and the floor is attached to the vibrating tray scale by springs so as to be readily removable.

  • Patent number: 5094306
Abstract: A control for a transport mechanism vibrating tray scale that conveys flats on and off of the platform of the tray. The scale supports a follower plate that has ramps which contact with the rollers of the transport mechanism. The follower plate is also in contact with a cam which upon rotation cause the follower plate to move within the scale. As the follower plate is moved, the rollers of the transport mechanism will move into and out an opening of the scale platform, depending upon direction of movement of the follower plate.

  • Patent number: 4337664
Abstract: Method and apparatus for constructing a pressure gauge in which the socket and at least a portion of the movement for driving the pointer are initially formed integral of a molded polymeric plastic composition.

  • Patent number: 4214486
Abstract: An improved solid front casing for a pressure gauge that is readily field converted from a dust-tight to either a hermetically sealed air-tight or hermetically sealed liquid-tight construction. A flexible closure element is axially supported over a rear opening in the case by a threaded connection with threads formed in the case peripherally surrounding the opening. For either hermetically sealed air-tight or liquid-tight service a self-threaded closure element is replaced by a flexible diaphragm of controlled spring rate axially clamped by a threaded backup ring. Temperature induced volumetric changes imposed on the liquid fill or air fill are compensated for by the spring rate of the diaphragm. In the event of an overpressure occurring internally of the casing the diaphragm can escape from its clamping relation for affording pressure relief.

  • Patent number: 3934758
Abstract: A beverage dispenser-mixer capable of storing, cooling, mixing and serving beverages incorporates a thermally insulated, open-ended refrigerating enclosure with inside walls composed of a thermally conductive material communicating with a refrigerating means. A beverage container with an open top incorporates a thermally insulated front plate that removably interfits with the inside walls of the refrigerating enclosure to form a mechanically and thermally sealed beverage storage compartment. The beverage container includes a fluid agitator that removably engages with an agitator motor within the enclosure for mixing or stirring beverages within the beverage container. The beverage container further incorporates a handle and a spigot with a pinch-type valve for dispensing beverages within it.
