  • Patent number: 7100799
Abstract: A whipped cream dispenser arrangement comprising a portable, hand-held whipped cream dispenser-canister for holding a quantity of cream to be dispensed as whipped cream. The dispenser has a male fitting on the canister with a central bore there-through. The bore encloses a cartridge piercing pin therein, as part of its prior art use. A replacement adapter cap is arranged in fluid communication with a spaced-apart tank of pressurized gas, and the dispenser has a nozzle having a valve therewith for dispensing whipped cream when pressurized gas is introduced through the adapter cap from a large, spaced-apart pressurized gas tank, and into the canister.

  • Patent number: 6817281
Abstract: An arrangement for infusing a consumable infusable product into a customer-use container enclosing a first consumable product. The arrangement comprises a static whipping device having an internal chamber containing a pressurized gas and an amount of the first consumable product. An elongated discharge conduit is arranged in fluid communication with the internal chamber of the whipping device. The discharge conduit has a distal end with a control valve thereon. The control valve has an adaptor member to slidably receive a single-product discharge tubular member for discharge of an infusable edible product into the first consumable product. A single-product tubular member is slidably engaged onto the adaptor member for use as a straw by a consumer after the tubular member has discharged the infusable edible product into the first consumable product.

  • Patent number: 4993599
Abstract: A static whipping device and process for intermixing of a whippable liquid and a propellant gas under pressure to produce a whipped product. The device includes a pressure chamber with a top and a bottom and a valve for introducing a propellant gas and for dispensing a whipped product. The valve is adjacent the top of the container. A static mixer for intermixing the whippable liquid and the propellant gas is disposed in the chamber. It includes elongated a tubular member, preferably formed of plastic, having one end connected to the valve for dispensing the whipped product and the other end extending to near the bottom of the chamber. It further includes an internal mixer disposed within the tubular member and adjacent the top of the container. An aperture is disposed in the tublar member adjacent the internal mixer for permitting a limited amount of the propellant gas to enter the tubular member.

  • Patent number: 4220258
Abstract: A reuseable pressurized container and metering device for dispensing predetermined amounts of fluid. The device includes a metering chamber having two apertures with a central stem disposed therein. Two sealing rings are mounted on the stem, each adjacent an aperture, and are adapted to allow fluid to be forced into a reservoir through the metering device but are arranged to prevent the flow of fluids out of the metering device except when the stem is displaced by pressing a button attached at one end. One of the rings on the stem seals the metering chamber from an external charging and discharging passage and the other ring simultaneously seals the metering chamber from the reservoir while the fluids contained within the metering chamber are being discharged, thereby limiting the quantity of fluid which can be dispensed.
