  • Patent number: 11984765
Abstract: A rotor tube for an electric machine of a vehicle includes an outer tube and first and second coupling sections coupled to the outer tube at opposite end regions of the outer tube relative to a longitudinal axis of the rotor tube. First and second hubs are coupled to the outer tube at the opposite end regions of the outer tube relative to the longitudinal axis of the rotor tube. A ventilation element is coupled to the outer tube. An inner tube is disposed within the outer tube relative to the longitudinal axis of the rotor tube such that the outer tube surrounds the inner tube. At least two components selected from the first coupling section, second coupling section, first hub, second hub, outer tube, ventilation element and inner tube are formed in one piece as a cast component.

  • Patent number: 11623666
Abstract: A drive includes at least one motor with a drive shaft and at least one output shaft which is in particular mechanically connected to a gear. The drive shaft and the output shaft are aligned substantially axially. The drive shaft and the output shaft each have a coupling portion through which a torque can be transmitted from the drive shaft to the output shaft by mechanical coupling. Each coupling portion is connected to the shaft thereof for rotation therewith and the coupling portions can be mechanically coupled by being axially plugged together.

  • Patent number: 11502585
Abstract: A method for producing a squirrel-cage rotor of an asynchronous machine includes the following steps: providing a main body, which is magnetically conductive at least in parts and has substantially axially extending grooves; inserting electrical conductors into the grooves in such a way that the conductors protrude from the axial ends of the magnetically conductive main body; positioning electrically conductive end rings, which have a plurality of openings for receiving the respective conductors; and establishing electrical contact between the conductors and the end rings by way of one or more additive manufacturing processes.

  • Publication number: 20220042551
Abstract: A coupling device for a vehicle drive is provided, in particular of a rail vehicle drive, comprising at least one first coupling, which has at least one first thread-reinforced joint device, wherein the first thread-reinforced joint device has at least one thread pack, which is embedded into at least one elastic body; the at least one first coupling device has at least one supporting device, which is connected to the first thread-reinforced joint device; the at least one supporting device supports the first thread-reinforced joint device in the radial direction.

  • Publication number: 20160099617
Abstract: An electric machine has rotor rotatably supported in bearings for rotation about an axis of rotation, a stator surrounding the rotor with respect to the axis of rotation and having stator sheets, which are stacked in the direction of the axis of rotation. The stator sheets have a number of recesses which form grooves extending parallel to the axis of rotation. Tension strips are arranged in the grooves and connected to end rings. The stator sheets include at least first stator sheets. The first stator sheets each have at least one large lug. Between the two tension strips adjacent to the respective large lug in a circumferential direction about the axis of rotation, the large lug protrudes radially outward beyond the two adjacent tension strips. The large lug has cantilevers extending about the axis of rotation and reaching over the two adjacent tension strips.
