  • Patent number: 5477445
Abstract: For the purpose of a virtual reduction of the transmission time in real-time data exchange between computer and/or control systems without loading the communications COM a prediction is produced as simulated image for the duration of the transmission time of the real-time data image MEM of the operating station to be changed and the change is carried out in the simulated image at the same time as the input, while the background information is fed to the target system and immediately returned as a new real-time data image. The corresponding addresses of the real-time data image can be used for the storage addresses of the simulated image for a faster response. In addition, transmission and reception information may travel via the same path and also to identical storage addresses in the receiving control system.
