    Abstract: An air brake electric control valve includes a valve body, a force balance unit including a guide member, and an electromagnetic urge unit including a movable column operable to move between an urging position and a retracted position. When the movable column is at the urging position, the movable column pushes the air guide member such that a through hole of the air guide member is blocked. When the movable column is at the retracted position, a gap is formed between the movable column and the air guide member such that an intermediate section and a second passage of the valve body are in fluid communication via the through hole of the air guide member and the gap.

When the brake action is released, the motor rotates reversely so that the driven member is moved upward and that the movable set moves, without being applied with additional force, to a non-communicating position where the first and second valve openings do not fluidly communicate.

The torque detecting device includes input and output gears for being sleeved respectively on the input and output shafts and a planet gear unit that includes a ring gear meshing with the input gear, a sun gear disposed in the ring gear, a carrier gear meshing with the output gear, and a plurality of planet gears. The planet gears are coupled rotatably to the carrier gear, are disposed between the sun and ring gears, and mesh with the ring and sun gears such that, when the input gear is rotated relative to the output gear by an angle, the sun gear is driven to rotate reversely by a larger angle.
