Abstract: A method for intelligent inspections applicable in an electronic device scans a two-dimensional code, a scanned result including a first location information associated with the two-dimensional code. Next, the method for intelligent inspections transmits the scanned result to an inspection server to trigger the inspection server to return a command for a second location information of the electronic device. The second location information of the electronic device is given according to the command for the second location information of the electronic device. The second location information of the electronic device is transmitted to the inspection server. A related method for intelligent inspections applicable in an inspection server, and an electronic device using the method are also disclosed.

Abstract: A fire protection inspection method includes acquiring basic information of at least one fire protection device, sending the basic information to a remote device, comparing the basic information to preset standard information, analyzing and summarizing comparison results, and generating an inspection report. The basic information includes location information and image information of the fire protection device.

Abstract: A vehicle managing system controlling a number of access controls of a parking lot comprises a storage unit and an assigning unit. The storage unit stores a reservation list and a parking space list. The reservation list registers identifiable information and a reserved parking area comprising at least one parking space. The parking space list registers an occupied state or an empty state of each parking space. The identifiable information is stored in a unique identifier and can be obtained by the access control when the vehicle enters or leaves the parking lot. The assigning unit determines whether there are any available parking spaces in the reserved parking area, and assigns a parking space to the vehicle if there is an empty parking space. A vehicle managing method applied to the vehicle managing system is also provided.

Abstract: A transportation monitoring method is provided for monitoring the transportation process of a vehicle from shipment place to a destination. The method comprising: receiving a shipment information from the shipment place when the vehicle leaves the shipment place; receiving arrival information from the destination when the vehicle arrives to the destination; determining whether the arrival information of the vehicle is received at least one predetermined time; generating a notice to associated administrators of the at least one predetermined time if the arrival information of the vehicle is not received.
