  • Publication number: 20180051794
Abstract: A power transmission device for a work vehicle includes a boss section, a spline shaft, a rotational force transmission section, and a housing. The boss section includes a spline groove on an internal circumferential surface thereof. The spline shaft fits to the spline groove. The rotational force transmission section is coupled to the boss section or the spline shaft. The housing includes an oil sump section retaining lubricating oil. The oil sump section is in communication with a fitting section at which the spline shaft and the spline groove are fitted to each other, an oil inlet path arranged to introduce the lubricating oil into the oil sump section, and an oil drain path arranged to drain lubricating oil retained in the oil sump section, the oil drain path being positioned higher than a lower end of the spline groove.

  • Patent number: 8893860
Abstract: A brake device for a work vehicle includes a brake unit including a brake disc plate and a piston having a slide portion slidably supported by an axle housing and a pressure portion for pressing the brake disc plate. A slack adjuster mechanism is disposed on the axially opposite side of the brake disc plate with respect to the piston while being disposed further on an inner peripheral side than the slide portion of the piston. The slack adjuster mechanism maintains a clearance between the piston and the brake disc plate at a predetermined clearance by mechanically adjusting a non-actuated position of the piston.

  • Patent number: 8690172
Abstract: An axle housing assembly for a work vehicle is adapted to be mounted in the work vehicle, and includes an axle housing and a disc-shaped member. The axle housing has a recessed portion for press fitting on an end thereof. The recessed portion is opened to a vehicle outer side, the recessed portion having a constant inner diameter. The disc-shaped member is press-fitted into the recessed portion, an outer peripheral surface of the disc-shaped member having a single reference dimension. A first region of the outer peripheral surface is arranged on an inner side in a press fitting direction and processed at a first tight fit tolerance range with respect to the reference dimension. A second region of the outer peripheral surface is arranged outwards of the first region and processed at a second tight fit tolerance range less than the first tight fit tolerance range.
