  • Publication number: 20060096744
Abstract: A double-wall pipe includes an outer pipe, and an inner pipe disposed inside the outer pipe. An outer wall of the inner pipe has thereon a ridge portion, which defines a groove portion extending in a longitudinal direction of the inner pipe. The outer pipe and the inner pipe are bent to have a straight portion extending straightly, and a bend portion bent from the straight portion. In the straight portion, the outer pipe has an inside diameter that is larger than an outside diameter of an imaginary cylinder defined by an outer surface of the ridge portion of the inner pipe. Furthermore, the ridge portion of the inner pipe contacts an inside surface of the outer pipe to be readially squeezed and held by the outer pipe, in the bend portion. The double-wall pipe can be suitably used for a refrigerant cycle device.

  • Publication number: 20060011332
Abstract: The central position of each heating body 1 in the fluid flow direction is referred to as a heating body central position, the central position of a heat radiating section 33a located between the neighboring heating bodies 1 in the fluid flow direction is referred to as a heat radiating section central position, the end of a heat radiating section 33b connected to a pump 6 on the opposite side of a heat absorbing section is referred to as a heat radiating section front, the distances along the fluid flow from the heating body central position to the heat radiating section central position are referred to as heat transport distances and the distances from the heating body central position to the heat radiating section front are referred to as heat transport distances. S>=the maximum heat transport distance Lmax holds. Lmax is the longest of the heat transport distances.

  • Publication number: 20040261450
Abstract: A refrigerant pipe connected to the suction side of the compressor 1 and a refrigerant pipe connected to the discharge side of the compressor 1 are integrated into one body, a refrigerant pipe connected to the inlet side of the condenser 2 and a refrigerant pipe connected to the outlet side of the condenser 2 are integrated into one body, and a refrigerant pipe connected to the inlet side of the decompressor 3 and a refrigerant pipe connected to the outlet side of the temperature detecting portion are integrated into one body. In this piping structure, a double pipe structure and double pipe joint structure are adopted in which an inner pipe for circulating fluid of high pressure and an outer pipe for circulating fluid of low pressure are formed differently from each other and the respective end portions of the pipes are joined to a joint member by a plastically deforming means.

  • Patent number: 6792397
Abstract: In designing a plurality of parts using a CAD graphics system, appellation attributes are imparted to the constituents of the respective parts such as lines, faces, etc. The position of a weld point is then designated using a pointing device such as a mouse. Subsequently, the lines, faces, etc. constituting a portion of the parts data to be coupled at the weld point are also designated by a mouse or the like. It is possible to read the appellation attributes of the parts to be coupled at the weld point from the appellation attributes imparted to the thus-designated lines, faces, etc. Thereby, the appellation attributes of the parts are imparted to the weld point.

  • Patent number: 6763131
Abstract: A mechanism to produce projection images 40A-40G representing a model extraction region and an image sensing region is incorporated in an image sensing unit 1 of an image processing apparatus. A control unit 2 receives an image from image sensing unit 1 to calculate density deviation within the model extraction region. The calculated result is output to a level display unit 27. When the operator determines the position of image sensing unit 1 so that projection images 40A, 40B and 40C representing the model extraction region are projected distinctly on the pattern of the subject to be registered and a high level value is displayed by level display unit 27 and depresses a teach button switch 30, image data within the current model extraction region is registered as the model image.

  • Patent number: 6408933
Abstract: In a heat exchanger having a side plate for reinforcing a core portion, after an elastic support member for supporting the core portion is inserted between opposite walls of the side plate, a part of the opposite walls having a slit portion is plastically deformed at a position around the slit to form a protrusion. The protrusion protrudes toward the support member to be engaged with a recess of the elastic support member. Further, the silt is provided to penetrate through each opposite wall without being opened to an outer peripheral end of the side plate. Accordingly, the support member can be readily attached to the side plate, while it can prevent the side plate from being deformed in a brazing.

  • Patent number: 5919398
Abstract: An oil-water mixed composition is consisted of a solid or semisolid oil phase at room temperature, and a water phase which is dispersed into the oil phase. The water phase contains a humectant and is solid or semisolid at room temperature. Preferably, the oil phase contains hydrophobic silica, dextrin fatty acid ester or polyvalent alcohol oligo ester of long chain monocarboxylic acid and long chain dicarboxylic acid. The oil-water mixed composition is superior in stability with passage of time and safety. In addition, this composition has demonstrated little stickiness and sensation of unsuitability for skin, and has much emollient effect (i.e., to prevent the skin from dryness) and is persistent in preserving its emollient effect.

  • Patent number: 4824509
Abstract: In order to apply pressure and heat to a sheet material as required in the manufacture of a laminated sheet material, the sheet material is conveyed in through an entrance opening of a pressure vessel, along through an interior space thereof, and out through an exit opening thereof, substantially filled with a pressure medium which is maintained at a temperature above its melting point in the interior space of the pressure vessel, but is maintained at a temperature below its melting point in the entrance and exit openings of the pressure vessel, so as to accomplish sealing in such zones by solidification of the pressure medium, whereby enabling continuously to treat a long sheet material under constant application of pressure and heat over a relatively long time period in which respective portions of the sheet material traverse the pressure vessel.
