  • Publication number: 20020061064
Abstract: The invention relates to a video broadcasting equipment for downloading image information given from a camera to an image processing equipment, the image processing equipment which accomplishes centralized supervisory of image information, and the camera. The video broadcasting equipment discriminates a dynamic region of image information individually representing an image of a coverage of a camera and transmits the image information and a discrimination result of the dynamic region to the image processing equipment through a communication path. In the centralized supervisory system to which the present invention is applied, traffic on a communication path formed to the cameras does not increase, and image information to be subjected to dynamic image processing is specified according to a result of processing of discriminating the dynamic region. The discrimination processing is generally simple and its throughput is substantially small in comparison with the dynamic image processing.

  • Patent number: 5959293
Abstract: A system to easily detect defective portions of a transmission line in a short time, wherein the optical signal which has been generated on the basis of the transmission pulse which is outputted in synchronization with the horizontal synchronized signal is transmitted via the transmission line, and the reflected-light component which has been reflected by the defective portion in the transmission line is received, and the gain of the reflected-light component is increased by one step for each predetermined number of a horizontal lines on the basis of the horizontal synchronized signal and then compared with the reference voltage, so that the binary data is obtained. The binary data is displayed, along with the axis of the abscissa which represents the distance of the transmission line corresponding to the time difference between the optical signal and the reflected-light component, and the axis of the ordinate which represents the signal level of the reflected-light component.

  • Patent number: 5079525
Abstract: An RF modulator comprising an FM modulator supplied with an audio signal, and AM modulator supplied with the FM modulator output and a video signal, an oscillator for generating a sound subcarrier signal, and an oscillator for generating a main carrier signal. Each of the oscillators consists of a VCO with a PLL circuit, and the entire components are composed of a single IC chip so as to be formed into a compact miniature structure. A modified RF modulator includes a PLL circuit for varying the oscillation frequency of a VCO by a variable frequency divider, and a modulation circuit supplied with a modulating signal and the oscillation output of the VCO. The division ratio (integer) of the variable frequency divider is continuously varied, and the reference frequency of a reference oscillator is set to be less than a predetermined channel interval frequency, thereby reducing the frequency error in the modulated signal output.

  • Patent number: 4044570
Abstract: In the refrigerator according to the present invention, the driving motor is provided outside of the refrigerator and hence the heat load of the freezing cycle can be decreased by the value corresponding to the value of heat which would be generated by the driving motor provided inside of the refrigerator, thereby reducing the time of cooling operation. Additionally, a bush is used to block the gap around the driving shaft penetrating into the refrigerator and hence a complete shut-off is established between the interior and the exterior of the refrigerator. Since the driving motor is housed in a completely sealed housing so that construction of the driving motor free from lock troubles is available. In addition, in the case of construction wherein a liquid polyurethane is filled in the insulated wall of the refrigerator for foam-forming therein, leakage of the liquid polyurethane can be fully prevented.
