  • Patent number: 8880387
Abstract: An information processing apparatus connected to an emulator to arrange a verification model and a verification target includes a compile unit configured to create a first data transfer unit arranged in a computer to transfer data from the computer to the emulator based on a description of a file function of a verification program and a generation unit configured to generate a second data transfer unit that receives the data from the first data transfer unit and transfers the received data to the verification target based on the description of the file function.

Date of Patent: November 4, 2014
    Assignee: Canon Kabushiki Kaisha
    Inventor: Fumitada Nagashima
  • Patent number: 8749654
Abstract: An image is input on a frame unit basis, the input image is sequentially reduced, and an object is detected from the input image and the reduced image at a frame rate according to a reduction ratio of the reduced image to the input image, thereby decreasing an amount of calculations necessary to detect the object from the image.

  • Patent number: 8467582
Abstract: An image recognizing apparatus which makes it possible to shorten waiting time before the start of image recognition processing for recognition objects requested by clients. A registering section registers designating information designating recognition objects in image data and a recognition termination condition for terminating recognition carried out by an image recognizing section, which are transmitted from each of the clients that have requested the right of use of the image recognizing section, in association with each of the clients. A client managing section causes the image recognizing section to carry out recognition based on the registered designating information for a client apparatus given the right of use, and carries out control to change the right of use to the next client apparatus when the registered recognition termination condition is satisfied.

  • Patent number: 7616210
Abstract: A memory apparatus having first and second memories generates an address corresponding to input data, and compares an address corresponding to data stored in the second memory with the generated address. The memory apparatus reads out data corresponding to the generated address from the second memory, and determines the number of bits of the address to be compared in accordance with the comparison result. When data corresponding to the generated address is not stored in the second memory, the memory apparatus reads out the corresponding data from the first memory.
