The bexarotene softgel capsule of the formula can avoid a problem of drug degradation caused by high temperature heat release and degassing difficulty in a process of preparing the bexarotene softgel capsule in the prior art while maintaining the drug release characteristics, and the preparation method has a simple production process and can significantly improve a problem of poor dosage uniformity while filling a capsule in the prior art.
