  • Publication number: 20240178733
Abstract: A wheel side comprises: an electric motor that comprises a stator and a rotor; a drive shaft that is connected to the rotor for a common rotation about an input axis so that a drive power generated by the electric motor can be output to further components of the wheel side via the drive shaft; and a resolver for detecting the angular position of the rotor, wherein the resolver comprises a stationary part and a rotary part and the rotary part of the resolver is connected to the rotor of the electric motor for a common rotation about the input axis. In this respect, the resolver is formed separately from the electric motor. Provision is furthermore made that the wheel side has a form-fitting element that is arranged eccentrically with respect to the input axis and that engages in a form-fitting manner into a hole formed at the rotary part, on the one hand, and into a hole formed at the rotor, on the other hand, to ensure a defined angular position of the rotary part relative to the rotor.

  • Publication number: 20240066980
Abstract: A wheel side comprises: an offset gear that has an input coaxial to an input axis for receiving drive power and an output coaxial to an output axis, which is offset with respect to the input axis, for outputting the drive power; a hub carrier; a wheel hub that is supported at the hub carrier by means of a wheel support; and a driven shaft that extends along the output axis through the hub carrier and that connects the offset gear to the wheel hub in order to transmit the drive power from the offset gear to the wheel hub. In this respect, provision is made that the wheel side has a first lubrication space, in which the offset gear is arranged, and a second lubrication space, in which the wheel support is arranged, with the first lubrication space and the second lubrication space being separate from one another and sealed with respect to one another.

  • Publication number: 20230113055
Abstract: An axle drive for a vehicle comprising at least one drivable vehicle axle oriented transversely to a longitudinal direction of the vehicle comprises: a drive shaft that extends in parallel with the longitudinal direction and that is configured to receive drive power from an electric motor at an input section and to output said drive power at an output section; a driven shaft that extends in parallel with the drive shaft and that is configured to receive drive power from the output section of the drive shaft at an input section and to output said drive power to the vehicle axle via a bevel gear arranged at a first end of the driven shaft; and a brake, in particular a parking brake, having a brake disk that is arranged at a second end of the driven shaft and that is arranged between the input section of the drive shaft and the input section of the driven shaft with respect to the longitudinal direction.

  • Patent number: 11428302
Abstract: An axle drive for a vehicle comprising at least one drivable vehicle axle comprises a drive shaft that extends along a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, starting from a first side of the axle drive, to a second side of the axle drive and that is configured to receive drive power from an electric motor arranged at the first side and to output said drive power at the second side to a driven shaft that extends at the second side of the axle drive offset from the drive shaft and that is configured to output drive power to the vehicle axle via a bevel gear facing towards the first side. The axle drive further comprises a brake, in particular a parking brake, comprising a brake disk that is arranged at the second side of the axle drive, in a manner facing away from the first side, at the drive shaft or at the driven shaft.
