  • Patent number: 11913688
Abstract: Mechanical refrigeration system includes a compression device. The compression device has a pair of dual-action cylinders connected together by a movable rod thereof. A first cylinder acts as an element for compressing coolant fluid, for which purpose the rod is moved through the second cylinder, fed by a pressurised fluid that allows the flow of coolant fluid in the first cylinder and the flow of pressurised fluid of the second cylinder at the outlet of both devices to be constant, thus configuring a completely autonomous device that does not need electricity or any type of fuel.

  • Publication number: 20230272945
Abstract: The element on which solar radiation is concentrated, specifically, a vacuum tube, remain static at all times with respect to the movements that a parabolic reflective surface may make according to the direction of solar radiation, such that inlet and outlet pipes of the vacuum tube do not need to be articulated, which facilitates the installation and insulation thereof and reduces production costs. The parabolic reflective surface can pivot 360° with respect to the vacuum tube without interfering with the pipes, allowing an active safety system for protecting against strong winds and preventing overheating to be produced, in addition to allowing the surfaces to be cleaned by means of nozzles spray pressurized water. The collector also includes passive safety means against strong winds.

  • Publication number: 20230225262
Abstract: An anti-pest device for fruit trees and the like that prevents trees from being affected by crawling insect pests includes a rectangular sheet of electrical insulating material, which can adopt the shape of an inverted truncated cone or a cylindrical configuration around the trunk of the tree; a band of low-density foam under the sheet that adapts to the physiognomy of the bark, and deforms with the growth of the trunk, whereas the sheet includes a sector that is superimposed thereon and slides on it to adapt to said growth; a pair of parallel conducting wires, separated a distance according to the size of the body of the insect to be exterminated, subjected to a high difference in electrical potential by means of a power supply circuit, such that when an insect tries to get past them, it is automatically electrocuted.

  • Publication number: 20210293458
Abstract: The invention relates to the special configuration of a compression device of a refrigeration system and to its actuation method. The device consists of a pair of dual-action cylinders (8-9) connected together by means of the movable rod (11) thereof, such that the first cylinder (8) acts as an element for compressing coolant fluid, for which purpose the rod is moved through the second cylinder (9), being fed by a pressurised fluid which, by means of a series of branches and valves controlled using limit switches of the rod (11), allow the flow of coolant fluid in the first cylinder and the flow of pressurised fluid of the second cylinder at the outlet of both devices to be constant. Thus, a completely autonomous device that does not need electricity or any type of fuel is obtained.

  • Publication number: 20200251947
Abstract: The invention relates to an electric motor in which the coil can be configured according to the specific needs of each case, so as to be able to play with the torque/speed ratio that it can provide at any particular moment. For this purpose, each winding of the coil that is used in the motor is divided into a predetermined number of wires (100) having the same cross-section and length, so that said wires are grouped together and insulated from one another defining a specific predetermined number of groups, the ends or poles (Al, A2, A3 . . . , U1, U2, U3, . . . ) of each group being connected to switching means, via which the wires (100) are selectively connected in multiple configurations, either all in parallel, all in series or in various intermediate combinations, thus obtaining an equivalent coil in which the equivalent cross-section and length can vary according to the connection configuration of the wires (100).

  • Patent number: 7612935
Abstract: A device and method for producing a third harmonic signal from an optical pulse of wavelength k. In the device and method, an optical pulse at a wavelength k is incident on a material including at least one molecule having a formula D—U—A, where D is an electron donor group, A is an electron acceptor group, and ? is a conjugated structure having it bonds that connect D to A. The molecule exhibits a strong absorption band centered at a wavelengthko and a weakly absorbing region centered at a wavelength k, which is less than Xo. A wavelength k/2 has a value of about Xo, and a wavelength k/3 has a value of about X1. A third harmonic signal at k/3 is generated. From a measured third harmonic signal as a function of a time delay for separate optical pulses entering the material, at least one of a pulse width and a pulse shape of the optical pulse can be extracted. From a spectrally resolved third harmonic signal, a phase of the optical pulse can be extracted.

Abstract: A device and method for producing a third harmonic signal from an optical pulse of wavelength k. In the device and method, an optical pulse at a wavelength k is incident on a material including at least one molecule having a formula D-U-A, where D is an electron donor group, A is an electron acceptor group, and ? is a conjugated structure having it bonds that connect D to A. The molecule exhibits a strong absorption band centered at a wavelengthko and a weakly absorbing region centered at a wavelength k, which is less than Xo. • Patent number: 7215958
Abstract: The present invention relates to a relocation method, system and network element for changing a serving radio resource control entity After an initial operating state in which a user equipment (30) has radio links with a serving network element (20) and a drift network element (21) supporting said serving network element (20) with a wireless connection, the serving network element (20) transmits a relocation-specific information to a target network element (22). Based on the relocation-specific information, the target network element (22) establishes a link to the drift network element (21), such that the drift network element (21) can receive user traffic from both the serving network element (20) and the target network element (20). Then, the radio resource control is relocated to the target network element (20). The relocation-specific information may comprise an identifier or a list of identifiers of drift network elements.

  • Publication number: 20050117529
Abstract: The present invention describes a method, system and an interconnecting handler for sending connection-oriented or connectionless data between two endpoints in a protocol architecture. The transport protocol in the protocol architecture is in a preferred embodiment the Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP). The present invention allows the setup and release of a connection when using a simplified protocol stack which is able to provide the same kind of services without using peer-to-peer messages like SCCP or SUA use. The present invention also enables discrimination between connection-oriented and connectionless services without peer-to-peer signalling.
